I didn't want to share this, but I feel it's important to do so now.On March 28th, at the #NoKings protests in Cleveland, I began chanting "Free Palestine" in support of my Palestinian brothers and sisters who are suffering due to the American/Israeli genocide.As I was chanting, an organizer and member of the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party approached me and unkindly asked me to stop. My chant was nothing unusual, but apparently it wasn't what the establishment Democrats wanted to hear.Following their pro-Israel stance and the influence of AIPAC, they proceeded to shame me, along with the three individuals at the front holding the banner and the hired chant leader, who was trying to change our "Free Palestine" chants to "OH-Ice Out", despite them already chanting that for over 30 minutes.All this to say: if you're against Palestinian liberation, you're no better than Trump. If you're pro-Israel, YOU'RE essentially just LIKE TRUMP. And if you, as a white person, try to silence minorities, you're LITERALLY DONALD TRUMP hiding in a Democrat costume.P.S. This was a No Kings organizer, not a 50501 or PSL organizer, as has been spread in other posts. by @politicopod
