Yep I'm still here.. rustling up something healing behind the scenes..

Here's a little Cavolo Nero ASMR… because sometimes the crunch says it all. 🥬✨

Italian black Tuscan kale, turned into crispy little bites of goodness. Simple, salty, savoury and very moreish.

Cavolo Nero Kale Chips

🥬 A bunch of Tuscan cavolo nero, torn into bite-sized pieces
✨ A generous sprinkle of nutritional yeast
🧂 Maldon sea salt flakes, to taste
🌶️ Hungarian paprika
🖤 Freshly cracked pepper
🫒 A drizzle of olive oil

Set the oven to 140°C.

Toss everything together, spread the kale over a baking-paper-lined tray and bake low and slow for around 15 minutes, or until beautifully crispy.

Then… eat and enjoy. 😋
