Highly anticipating the second second of the critically acclaimed Amazon Prime series; Fallout? Then you should listen to @densos_wonderland and I discuss the first season as well as our admiration towards the adapted video game franchise. As well as rambling about other video games and maybe some movies? The beavers are not clickbait, I promise. Grab a snack, sit the hell down and prepare to listen to a lot of yapping. Laughs supplied throughout.

@Shatter_Belt officially drops on most vod platforms today and I cannot possibly recommend this cool show enough.

Despite @JamesWardByrkit and his team’s limitations, they’ve managed to craft back to back entertaining episodes that’ll stir your brain and get you thinking.

Proud to have been a backer, this is something too special to ignore. by @polnaszek5

Heroes come in all different colors

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, as we’ve now arrived to the final screening for the semester. So let’s end things off with a bang with the animated action comedy cult classic; Rango. Everything is topsy turvy this week though as the screening will be held at a different location as we’re also celebrating graduations for some which is an exciting prospect. The North Rim Apts Room 215-C to be exact. Message the host @vmd_3 for details and directions.

A favorite of mine that comes from easily one of the most underrated directors in my eyes; Gore Verbinski. Endlessly entertaining time that’ll make you laugh as well as get you introspective.

Same system as before but with a twist. Message me like usual if you’re interested in attending, but not only will snacks be provided but food as well. Tacos to be exact. TACO TUESDAY.

It’s a busy week for everyone considering finals so no worries if you can’t make it but if you wanna vibe for one last time please come attend. This should be a lot of fun. by @polnaszek5

Possibly Thousands!

We’re continuing our trek in the wilderness of Wisconsin independent cinema from the Lake Michigan Monster crew with the ridiculously acclaimed black and white silent comedy epic; Hundreds of Beavers.

Easily my most anticipated of the year so far, been waiting to watch it forever. Filmed over two winters in Milwaukee is an insane technical accomplishment that’ll blow your socks off while laughing your ass off. Combination of Looney Tunes, Terry Gilliam, Adult Swim, into a magical work of the film medium that I bet you’ve never experienced until now.

Once again, same song and dance. Anyone interested is more than welcomed to attend, all you gotta do is just message me for details that way I can properly prepare snack and seating arrangements.

Strongly encourage to attend if you can it’s gonna be a total blast. by @polnaszek5

BANNED IN FOUR LAKES!

We’re taking a break from Irish animation and heading into waters of Milwaukee Wisconsin with the cult indie horror comedy; Lake Michigan Monster. Preparing for the arrival of Hundreds of Beaver the following week.

A hilarious yet impressive endeavor from a small but imaginative motley crew of folks from my home state. If you wanna see whacky creatures and fast paced comedy, this is the movie for you. The best $20 you’ll see ever spent.

Same deal as always. Anyone interested is more then welcome to attend all you gotta do is just message me for the details, that way I know how many people I should anticipate for snacks and seating arrangements.

Come for the laughs, it’s good to laugh. by @polnaszek5

Be Fierce. Be Wild. Be Free.

This week we’ll be concluding Tomm Moore and Cartoon Saloon’s unofficial Folklore trilogy with the third just as invigorating installment; Wolfwalkers.

Once more another spellbinding work of the two dimensional animation medium about werewolves, magic, religious zealots, and more crazy yet awesome stuff. If there’s a movie you should not be missing it’s this one.

Same deal like always. Anyone interested is more than welcome to attend; all you gotta do is just message me for the details that I way can properly prepare for snacks and seating arrangements. by @polnaszek5

Come away oh human child, to the waters and the wild, with a fairy, hand in hand, for the world’s more full of weeping than you can understand.

The screenings shall keep trucking on until the end of the semester, and this week we’ll be continuing the filmography of Cartoon Saloon with Tomm Moore’s excellent sophomore feature; Song of the Sea.

Unbelievably good timing since it’s about to be the films 10th anniversary. Like Secret of Kells a gorgeous work of traditional 2D animation while still coming out to feel like something new. Prepare to feel the feels.

Same deal like always, message me if you’re interested and then can properly prepare for how many folks are attending for seats and snacks accommodations. Also also you haven’t misread but the screening will be held tomorrow night. by @polnaszek5

I have lived through many ages, through the eyes of salmon, deer, and wolf. I have seen the Northmen invading Ireland, destroying all in search of gold. I’ve seen suffering in the darkness. Yet I have seen beauty thrive in the most fragile of places. I have seen the book. The book can turn darkness into light.

The screenings shall commence as normal, with the acclaimed fantasy animated epic; The Secret of Kells.

The beginning of Tomm Moore and Cartoon Saloon’s excellent unofficial folklore trilogy which we’ll be exploring together is a staggering work of the medium considering the circumstances it was made. Blew my mind when first watching it as a child in a year of so many great animated movies in question. One not to miss.

Of course same deal as always. Anyone interested is more than free to attend all you have to do is message me for the details, so that way I can properly anticipate seating and snack arrangements.

Highly recommend it’s gonna be pretty fun. by @polnaszek5

All Roads Lead Here

After much deliberation the movie screenings will be returning with writer and director Drew Goddard’s genre defying sophomore feature; Bad Times at the El Royale.

A greatly under appreciated film from the previous decade, that I hope can get introduced to a new audience. It’s a riveting picture that gets ya thinking. Not to mention dat cast!

Disclaimer that this is an R rated film for violence and language.

Like always message me for details so I can properly prepare for seating arrangements and snacks. by @polnaszek5

A long time ago, in the underground realm where there are no lies or pain, there lived a Princess who dreamed of the human world.

We’re capping off our October/Halloween binge with quite a bang. The fantasy war epic; Pan’s Labyrinth. Pretty haunting and beautiful picture.

Please be advised this is an R rated film, for violence and language. We’ll also be watching in its original language subtitled.

Same deal as always just message me for details so I can anticipate for seating arrangements and snacks. You don’t wanna miss this one though. by @polnaszek5
