Messing around in front of my house today I did a half cab manny.. I’ve never really tried/or done one. So I kinda learned a new one? Anyways… while I was messing I had the realization I REALLY need to embrace skating alone (@blucala has said this to me for years) I have always enjoyed the camaraderie aspect and the collective joy skating brings me.. getting the Homies together early, grabbing food, hitting the streets, getting some Clips, ending the night with some beers (not me, but in general) and a rewatch of the footy. As I age I try to embrace change. This one will be hard for me… it’s all foreign territory, but, as tom said so gracefully, into the great wide open.. thank you skating. #skateboardingchangedmylife #babysteps by @polojohnb
