Sundays, slow and sea-lit.
Roast at the table, sea below, coast path stretching out past the window. Our Sunday lunch runs every week, 12–4pm, with live artists joining from 4PM, the kind of afternoon that has nowhere else to be.

And Saturdays are getting a new rhythm too: Brunch Beats launches 3rd October, 11am–3pm, running bi-weekly in the Vista, brunch, cocktails, a DJ, and the laid-back start every autumn weekend deserves.

A dress this fabulous deserves another moment… 🤍

Beautiful Saffron wore the stunning Halifax gown by Jane Hill from Kiva & Zen in Truro. With its strapless bodice, flattering dropped waist and full gathered skirt, it was such a gorgeous look on her—and the movement was something special!

To tailor the fit for Saffron, I tightened the bodice and hemmed every layer, including the structured horsehair hem. I also added a bustle and wrist loop, and made bespoke detachable straps so she could change her look throughout the day. ✨

Saffron and her husband celebrated at Church Cove and the Polurrian Hotel before jetting off to Bali the very next day—what a way to begin married life!

Brunch, tunes & sea views

Two Saturdays this October, the music comes to the clifftop. Live DJ sets, a long brunch and the Atlantic filling every window.

Cornish crab crumpet with shaved fennel. Smoked haddock fishcake, poached eggs, hollandaise. Baked French toast with berry compote and clotted cream. A Bloody Mary, an espresso martini, or a mango bellini to start things off.

🌿 Outdoor ceremonies for the win 🌿

We've had such gorgeous weather this summer that most of the weddings I've done have been outdoor ceremonies- which I LOVE 🥰

I've shot at Polurrian on the Lizard many times but this was the first time I got to do an outdoor ceremony. Looking out onto that epic view - what could be better?! 🔥

C&J's wedding was the perfect mix of laid back fun & party vibes. I loved the surprise picking of the witnesses (names out of a bag) & of course getting down to the beach for some photos with the bridal party 💙
