What started as something I only did for fun is now the thing that keeps me grounded. Dance will always be my passion, my escape, and my favorite thing to share through teaching and mentoring. If you didn’t catch my last post, I’ll be teaching weekly classes at @sierramadredancecenter and occasional pop up classes for all ages! More details in bio 👆

Today’s workshop with the @laramscheer and @ramsinthecommunity is to be such a special one for our young dancers! 💙💛

✨2nd Annual NFL Pro Bowl Cheerleader Retreat✨

Spanning 33 years of All-Star legacy with women from across the country, we celebrated a sisterhood bonded by a unique journey and shared experience.

So grateful for this reunion with mentors who helped shape the person I am today, reconnecting with CG teammates I wish I could see more often, and meeting true sHEROs who are making an impact in their communities.

Thank you @the.restoration.retreat for bringing us together. I can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard!! 🫶🏻🦄

The NFL sisterhood I never expected, turning into the friendships I never knew I needed ✨🏈

Different teams. Different cities. Different stories. Yet so deeply connected by shared values and a desire to make an impact.

Counting down the days until this reunion with old friends, meeting new ones, and celebrating this community of all stars led by legendary mentors! 🌟
