º Part essencial del nostre equip, la nostra gosseta, la Nora, sovint treballa amb nosaltres al restaurant. La seva feina és recordar-vos com n’és de bo el menjar, pero també entén la paraula “NO”. Si teniu alguna al·lèrgia als animals, aviseu-nos abans d’arribar. Tot i que som una casa “dog-friendly”, la Nora decideix quins gossos són benvinguts. Si voleu portar el vostre peut (petit), passeu abans del servei perquè es puguin conèixer i fer amistat. Quan està de permís, li agrada llegir poesia, fer llargues passejades per la platja, fer exercicis de cardio i escoltar jazz a l'estèreo. La seva banda preferida és LCD Soundsystem i li encanten les òperes de Bellini. També li agrada perseguir gats. •°0º• Parte esencial del equipo, nuestra perrita, Nora, a menudo trabaja con nosotros en el restaurante. Su tarea es recordarte lo bueno que está todo, aunque también entiende la palabra “NO”. Si tienen alguna alergia a los animales, avísennos antes de su llegada. Aunque somos una casa “dog-friendly”, Nora decide qué perros son bienvenidos. Si desean traer a su perro (pequeño), pasen antes del servicio para que puedan conocerse y hacerse amigos. Cuando está de permiso, le gusta leer poesía, dar largos paseos por la playa, hacer ejercicios de cardio y escuchar jazz en el estéreo. Su banda favorita es LCD Soundsystem y le encantan las óperas de Bellini. También le gusta perseguir gatos. •°0º• An essential member of the team, our little dog, Nora, often works with us in the restaurant. Her job is to remind you how good the food is, and she understands the word “NO.” If you have an animal allergy, please tell us before your arrival. While we are a dog-friendly house, Nora decides which dogs are welcome. If you’d like to bring your (small) doglet, stop by before service so they can meet each other and become friends. When she’s not at work, she likes reading poetry, long walks on the beach, cardio exercise, and listening to jazz. Her favourite band is @lcdsoundsystem and she relishes Bellini's operas. 01.08.2026 *+° VACANCES 2026! La Nora i La Banda se'n van de vacances de l'1 al 24 d'agost. El Berbena i el Pompa romandran tancats mentre la Nora es fot fina de sol i xampany. Gràcies a tothom qui ha fet possible aquest final de temporada èpic. Als clients anònims, als habituals, als proveïdors, a l'equip (a) La Banda! Berbena i Pompa tornaran el dimarts 25 amb alguna novetat... i un nou petit projecte? Xin-xin! I us deixem amb un disc molt refrescant de súper *Selecció Berbena per aquests dies canícula insofrible: Takanaka, de Masayoshi Tanaka *** 2026 SUMMER HOLIDAYS! Nora and “The Band" are off on holiday from August 1-24. Berbena and Pompa will remain closed while Nora soaks up the sun and indulges in plenty of champagne. Thanks to everyone who made this epic end-of-season run possible: the occasional diners, the regulars, the suppliers, and team aka The Band! Berbena and Pompa will return on Tuesday August 25 with new things... and perhaps a small new project? Cheers to everyone! 02.07.2026 *+º ESTIU ‘26 - Horaris i les vacances del Berbena* i el Pompaº JULIOL: tancarem els migdies de divendres per evitar el decés d’algun client sensible a la calor. AGOST: de l’1 al 24 tots dos restaurants romandran tancats per vacances. Reobrirem la nit del 25, i des del divendres 28 tornarem a servir dinars. SETEMBRE: l’horari del Pompa podria tenir algun canvi per una petita intervenció que es farà a la cuina, però avisarem amb antel·lació. La Nora i tot l’equip del Berbena i Pompa ja frisem de passar les vacances a Còrsega com cada any. Salut! *+º VERANO ‘26 - Horarios y vacaciones del Berbena* y el Pompaº JULIO: cerraremos los mediodías del viernes para evitar el deceso de algún cliente sensible al calor. AGOSTO: del 1 al 24 ambos restaurantes permanecerán cerrados por vacaciones. Reabriremos la noche del 25, y desde el viernes 28 volveremos a servir almuerzos (solo los viernes, claro). SEPTIEMBRE: el horario del Pompa podría tener algún cambio por una pequeña intervención que se realizará en la cocina, pero avisaremos con antelación. Nora y todo el equipo del Berbena y Pompa ya anhelamos pasar las vacaciones en Córcega como cada año. ¡Salud! *+º SUMMER ’26 – Opening hours & holiday schedule for Berbena and Pompa JULY: We will be closed on Friday lunchtimes to avoid the demise of any heat-sensitive customers. AUGUST: Both restaurants will be closed from August 1–24. We’ll reopen for dinner on August 25, with lunch service returning on Friday, August 28. SEPTEMBER: Pompa’s opening hours may change slightly while we carry out a bit of kitchen work. It just may affect one particular day. We’ll keep you posted! ° 14 de juny de 2026 Quan vam obrir Pompa, la nostra idea era crear un restaurant dedicat al vi, no simplement “un restaurant amb vi”. Un lloc que acollís tant els curiosos com els apassionats del vi, on compartiríem un profund celler sense l'ostentació d'una oferta gastronòmica complexa. Star Wine List és una guia basada en aquesta mateixa passió. Per això, guanyar el premi a "Millor Restaurant Revelació" a Espanya (a més d'haver estat nominats al Premi Especial del Jurat) al nostre primer any va ser tan gratificant. Com si algú realment apreciés el que havíem creat. Avui hem arribat a Terra Skåne, Suècia, per a la final internacional. Per descomptat, ens sentim honrats de ser-hi… i sent honestos, ens encantaria guanyar, encara que el nivell és tan alt que estar entre els nominats que ens sentim ja molt orgullosos del que hem aconseguit). Doneu-nos una mica de sort! Gràcies @starwinelist ! I sobretot, gràcies a tots els que ho van fer possible: sommeliers, equip de cuina, proveïdors, productors de vi i família. Xin xin, Nora, Becca & Carles ·º0º· When we opened Pompa, the idea was to build a restaurant dedicated to wine, not "a restaurant that has wine." A place to welcome both the wine-curious and the wine-obsessed, to share from a deep cellar without the fanfare of a complicated food offer. Star Wine List is a guide built on a similar principle. Which is why winning "Best Newcomer" in Spain (in addition to having been nominated for the Special Jury Prize) in our very first year felt so validating. Like someone truly appreciated what we had created. Today we're heading to Terra Skåne, Sweden, for the International Final. Of course, we're honored just to be there, being amongst those that are nominated humbles us... but we also really, really hope we win. Wish us luck! Thank you @starwinelist ! But amongst all, thanks to all of those that made this possible – sommeliers and kitchen team, providers and wine producers. º 10 de gener de 2026 STAR WINE LIST OF THE YEAR SPAIN 2026 Estem molt orgullosos de compartir amb vosaltres la notícia: el Pompa és finalista no per a un, sinó per a dos premis de la Star Wine List: ✨ Premi a la Carta Revelació ✨ Premi Especial del Jurat Vam obrir el maig de 2025, finalment, després d'anys de somnis, planificació i una renovació que semblava eterna. Som un petit restaurant, amb una cuina diminuta i un celler en ràpid creixement, on posem molta cura darrere de cada ampolla. Gràcies als elaboradors, als distribuïdors, als sommeliers, als aficionats veterans i als principiants; a tots els entusiastes que saben el que volen o es deixen als entusiastes . °+* 22.11.2025 ºPOMPA Del 21 de desmebre al 12 de gener romandrem tancats per vacances. Del 6 al 9 de desembre ens anem a Nova York per veure a @lcdsoundsystem . També menjarem i beurem, i ja us ho explicarem. Avui el Pompa fa 6 mesos que va obrir i no tenim paraules per expressar la felicitat. Bé, tenim potser la poesia d’en James Murphy per expressar el sentiment de gratitud que ens invaeix en una data tan assenyalada. *BERBENA Tancarem els dies 24 i 25 de desembre per estar en familia, així com els dies 31 de desembre, 1 i 2 de gener (dia extra per les possibles ressaques). º 2 d’agost de 2025 Ens anem de vacances fins el 26 d’agost. Tornarem amb més vi i més teca. Un agraïment especial a aquest equip i als grans cuiners del Berbena que ens donen suport entre bambalines. I a l' @stan_parish , qui va sintetitzar la idea del Pompa amb molta sensibilitat al @tmagazine del @nytimes Salut! POMPA º We’ll be out for holidays until August 26. We’ll be back with more wine and food. A special acknowledgement to this team and all of the chef’s in Berbena behind the scenes. 16.05.2025 Devia ser el 16 de maig de 2023, fa exactament 2 anys, quan vaig encaixar les mans amb en David i la Mireia per tancar el traspàs del (ex) Bar Montseny. Es sap: un dia qualsevol et dones el primer petó amb la dona de la teva vida, i si no era Cap d'Any o una data en especial, passa que no te’n recordes exactament de quin dia era i has de fer memòria i recalcular-ho. He revisat les fotos del carret i els missatges, i un 16 de maig devia ser. A ningú més que a mi li passa? Obrirem aviat, suaument, i anirem informant dels horaris. Farem unes tres setmanetes d’arrencada, tancarem pel Primavera per fer un últim retoc (convenient, Ferran, oi?), i tornarem amb tota l’artilleria. Han sigut dos anys molt intensos, de molta valentia i patiment. Ara ens toca gaudir. Ovació i gracies a tots els que m’heu tingut tota la santa paciència aquests dos anys. I aplaudiment també per mi per la paciència que us he tingut jo a vosaltres — Quan obriràs? Què fareu? I el nom? POMPA! Salut a tothom! xin xin @pompabcn Com deien els Manel: “ens ha costat Déu i ajuda arribar fins aquí” *** It must have been May 16, 2023, exactly 2 years ago, when I shook hands with David and Mireia to close the transfer of the (former) Bar Montseny. You know, on any given day you have your first kiss with the woman of your life, and if it wasn't New Year's Eve or a special date... well, it happens that you don't remember exactly what day it was and you have to remember to refigure it out. I've reviewed the photos and the messages, and it must have been May 16. Does this just happen to me? Anyone else? We'll open soon, gently, and we’ll inform you about the schedules. We'll do about three weeks of warm-up, we’ll close for Primavera to do a final touch-up (convenient, Ferran, right?), and we’ll return with all the artillery then. It’s been two very intense years of courage and suffering. Now it is our turn to enjoy. Standing ovation and many thanks to all of you who have been so patient with me these two years. And a round of applause for me too for the patience I’ve needed with you — When do you open? What will you cook? What will it be called? POMPA! Cheers!
