This is ONE reason your solos may sound Random 🤯

If you keep moving between very close intervals over and over again, your lines can start to sound predictable, directionless, and like you are simply running through a scale....

This is just 1 of the 6 tips I share in the full lesson on how to stop sounding random when you improvise.

🔴 Full class is on my YouTube channel.

🤔 Is Quad Cortex OVERKILL if you DON'T play LIVE PERFORMANCE?

That question came up during my live, and my answer might be controversial.

I personally get a lot of value from it even outside live performance.... But for someone who only plays at home…
Would you still buy one?
✅ YES — worth it
❌ NO — complete overkill

I want to know what you really think.

Unpopular opinion: old strings can ruin a great guitar tone!!

🤔 But can you REALLY hear it?

Is the difference obvious… or are guitar players exaggerating how important fresh strings are?

Tell me what you hear. 👇

Knowing the blues scale is NOT enough to make a good solo!

Phrasing, target notes, bends, pauses, rhythm, and how I connect ideas instead of just running up and down the scale.

What do you focus on the most when you improvise?

💡I have a full class on YouTube where I go much deeper into this and show how to develop better improvisation skills.

Grab your guitar and play along with this one - Blue Monday by White Lion

Chords charts on screen so you can follow everything in real time.

Use it to practice your scales, phrasing, bends, arpeggios, or simply improvise and see where the progression takes you.

Save this so you can come back and practice with it later.

Smartest guitar setup for a beginner!

You do NOT need an expensive rig to get a great guitar sound.

You want something that gives you good amp tones, useful effects, different sounds to explore, and enough flexibility to grow without constantly buying new gear.. Get an audio interface and TONE3000 Plugin.

I talk a lot more about gear, tones, modelers, effects, and gig setups in my YouTube live streams.

Most guitarists have seen this shape… but can you actually name the scale?

Listen to it, study the diagram on screen, and comment your answer 👉🏼

Knowing the pattern is only the first step. The real goal is understanding what you are playing and recognizing how it sounds.

That is exactly the kind of connection I teach in my guitar courses: scales, CAGED, harmony, arpeggios, fretboard knowledge, and more.

No many notes… just the right ones ✅

This is my guitar arrangement of How Great Thou Art, using extensions, chord melody, and double stops to make the melody feel more singable and expressive.

I wanted the guitar to carry the song in a smooth, melodic, and worshipful way….

I also have a full YouTube lesson teaching this song and the techniques I used in the arrangement.

Most guitar players stay stuck because... they ONLY memorize shapes.

CAGED is the foundation that helps you finally understand the neck! That is exactly what I teach inside my guitar courses.
I have 6 courses available on Udemy, covering the tools you need to understand the fretboard and improve your playing with a clear system.
