PERFORMANCE SERIES:
fortuna! < who’s melting here >

Three digital avatars find themselves idling in a space out of bounds. They reconfigure the flow of information between them and their constraints – seeking connections and discovering kinesthetic possibilities along the way.

This choreographic exploration drifts through an ambiguous technoscape and proposes gestures, which develop their humor from the mundane.
An inquiry of movement and possibility between alienation and the familiar.

Choreographer: Pontus Linder
Performers and co-creators: Laura Linna, Paavali Velinpoika Kärkkäinen and Olli Sukuvaara
Lighting designer: Jesse Kinnunen
Set designer: Max Lindén
Costume designer: Salla Oinas
Sound designer: Tatu Vanhatalo
Dramaturge: Samuel Kareem Kuhnle
Photos: Rosa Oksaharju

The performance contains flashing lights, loud sounds and theatre smoke.

Duration: ~35min

◾

This dance piece is presented as part of Synergy Art Fest’s PERFORMANCE SERIES, a program featuring several contemporary dance works, with multiple performances taking place across different evenings.
