An amalgam, AMALGAM I SAY, of things and moments lately
1. This meta-insta-AI-nursing-trend. Caricature of me as a nurse!
2. Amy called and we agreed she did NOT look like a tradwife.
3. Kathleen graduated!! And she and her Pa performed together 🎸💕
4. Went to see Devil Wears Prada 2; it was meh, but the after was fun
5. Wilderness First Aid Course complete; learned to make slings etc
6. Climbin and chillin
7. Barefoot after beach day
8. A letter EG found that I wrote to her imploring her for an email, circa 2007-2008
9. I send people clips of tv shows sped up 2x, slowed down, or from weird angles. I believe The Hills is much more enjoyable this way.

Some good life things lately
1. Vibin’ -📸 by @lacywoo
2. Climbing the rocks around Laguna
3. Kathleen and I found a blackberry bush; thus partook of the fruit
4. With Des at brunch, the pancakes look photoshopped and idk why
5. I invited Olena to go on a walk in the park, didn’t realize it was actually a cemetery, but then we saw some cool art
6. Hiked to a waterfall and then had a swim

When Lacy Came to LA
1. We went to a bookstore and bought hats 🧢
2. She had to get donuts in LA (my priority)
3. And try In N Out (Lacy’s priority)
4. Went to Malibu
5. And climbed rocks without shoes
6. Took in the view of Malibu
7. Then drove through Calabasas and a few ranches
8. Looked up a lot
9. Chilled and lounged and loafed

Moving is hard and I love it but I also go ‘whhhyy what is this compulsion in me that needs to consistently strip my existence to the bare bones and see what sticks??’ But I got a therapist for that question. So!
1. My little bungalow and my little cat
2. The only time it’s rained so far in LA
3. It’s really nice to stop and say hi to the horses
4. Dying my clothes and some sheets
5. There was an intense convo happening but I just thought the shadow on the ground looked really cool

Liz Goes West - 8 day road trip across country to LA! Some highlights/moments
1. Day 1: me and Cherry setting off on the road
2. Video mashup of the many roads I traveled, the last vid is when I got to CA
3. Gas prices in CA ⬆️, gas prices in TX were ⬇️
4. Right as I crossed the border into Arizona we got hit by hail; Cherry was more chill than I was
5. Then she wasn’t! I held Cherry for a bit bc road travel is a lot for a kitty 🍒
6. Stopped in Dallas; lovely friends packed me lunch and snacks for travels
7. Last stop before LA, off historic Route 66, and it was such a supremely cool hotel
8. Sooo nice to finally arrive
9. And EGs advice for new beginnings by @pooleer

Graduated nursing school; so happy and grateful.

Day after graduation I moved down to Virginia.

…And soon I’ll be living in Los Angeles to start a new adventure, in a new place. Wooooeee!!!

But for now, rest taken in Borough of Manhattan Community College/CUNY by @pooleer
