Happy Wednesday! Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to new followers 🙋🏾‍♀️ and say hey to old friends with a few fun facts! ✨Hey I’m Layden-Vegas native and ♉️ ✨I love to plan…the day, the week, the month, your event! Let’s plan it! 🗒📒 ✨I have a thing for stage management, theatre and production! Currently I spend part of my time with the Blue Man Group in Las Vegas #stagemanagerlife ✨ I enjoy off days with my family… We are all about the experiences and good food…my favorite food is pizza 🍕 😋 ✨I’m an extrovert with introvert tendencies (i.e. showing up on social media 🫣🤣) #content If you’re new here drop a fun fact/introduce yourself in the comments ⬇️⬇️and if not just say hey or drop a fact I may not know in the comments! ⬇️ 📸: @ati.g.branding by @pop.eventslv
What a day! 💫 The Called For More: Empowerment & Wellness Summit with @itshumanaf was one for the books. From powerhouse speakers to heartfelt conversations, the room was full of connection, honesty, and growth. Every panel, dance break, and fireside chat flowed just as it should—and it was an honor making sure it all came together seamlessly. Grateful to work with Hazel @itshumanaf , creating spaces where people can show up as their whole selves, connect, and leave inspired to keep going. Until the next one. 💛 Venue: @thebeautifuleventcenter On Stage Furniture: @modernvintagerentalslv Food: @masterboardslv @togossunsetlasvegas #EventManagement #HumanAf #EmpowermentSummit #PopEvents by @pop.eventslv

#latepost Finally wrapped all of my 2024 gigs and I can say it was a year well spent freelancing, stage & event managing! I’ve checked off some goals ✅✅✅ within my stage management career working and traveling all over! I’ve also had a to chance to re-align my goals within my event company to set new sails and focus for an amazing upcoming year full of projects. Although I’ll have a small sit down 🪑 this year 🤰🏾, the grind will still continue as we build up the company and a team! Extremely grateful for the experiences and lessons learned —ready for new adventures and continued growth & success. #cheersto2025 #newyearnewgoals #productionlife #eventmanager #popeventslv #behindthescenes by @pop.eventslv
Workplace Therapy is so much more than what meets the eye! After we remove societal expectations and find our place in who we are as beings (instead of what we do for work: titles, degrees, all the things)- the journey towards personal development unfolds! That’s why I love our workplace therapy community so much! A place where we can shine our light, take up space, build sisterhood, shift our mindset, grab some gems, level up + have a good time- all while being our authentic selves! I don’t know about you- but I was tired of having to quiet the whisper just to fit in. Feel like the conversations weren’t conversing. Get dressed, find a parking spot to attend an event to network (cause it dictates my net-worth…), only to want to leave 15 minutes after I got there (trust I’m being nice 🙃). Workplace Therapy events get down to the soul of who you are so that we can create aligned relationships, overcome limiting beliefs, find balance, build wealth + our legacies together, unapologetically! AND we get that just because you want more, doesn’t mean you don’t want to have a good time while catching the gems. Own your freedom and connect with other like minded women who know they were called for more! Join us on October 11th in Las Vegas at the, Called for More - Empowerment & Mental Wellness Summit! Hosted by @workplacetherapyexperience It’s time to live your life NOW- with women who want to see you win ( no more ignoring the whispers). Rooting for you with 🫶🏾 by @pop.eventslv
As someone who’s always fascinated by the production side of things, staying put behind the scenes is tough for me! 🎥 This was at the @vegasmorningblend news station, where my client @inspyrfoundation is being featured with @kellidespain ahead of their big event-More Than Just A Pink Ribbon- providing resources and bringing awareness to the journey of breast cancer survivors and warriors. I couldn’t help but geek 🤓out over the automated cameras and how smoothly everything comes together without live operators. It’s moments like these that remind me why I love being in this industry. Whether it’s an event or a TV segment, seeing the magic happen behind the scenes never gets old! But it’s not just about the tech – working with media outlets like this is an essential part of event management. ✨ It’s all about getting the word out, building visibility, and creating buzz for your event in the community. From coordinating appearances to handling interviews, these behind-the-scenes details are just one of the many ways to help bring your event to life!✨ Have you ever thought about how much goes on behind the scenes to make an event or broadcast run smoothly?🤔 #ProductionLife #EventManagement101 #PopEventsLV #BehindTheScenes by @pop.eventslv
Watching this space come to life for the @workplacetherapyexperience Money Mindset mixer was pure magic!🪄 From an empty room to a packed house we couldn’t be happier with how it all came together. The knowledge shared from all the amazing panelists and powerhouses in the room was everything! ✨ Thank you to all the vendors that were a part in making this event happen and a Huge shoutout to the venue @renownedevents for the hospitality. 🙌🏾 Can’t wait to share more of the fun! #EventDayJoy #workplacetherapy #moneymindset #eventmanager #wearerofmanyhats #creatingspaceforconnection by @pop.eventslv
Isn’t it amazing how little touches can totally change the feel of an event? Even thoughtfully planned food isn’t just about the taste; it’s about creating a vibe that sparks conversations and gets people connecting. These small but impactful details can turn an ordinary gathering into something everyone will remember long after the last bite 🤌🏾😉 There WERE many more bites but I’m sure I didn’t leave the napkins as decent before snapping a pic! 🤣 #Foodiedetails #Eventvibes #Creatingconnections #eventinspiration by @pop.eventslv
