We made a cheese coney hat because it spoke to our Midwestern souls. Every region seems to have their own version and name for the humble hot dog dressed up with all kinds of toppings. But here in Cincinnati you gotta have a big ol’ pile of bright orange (yellow?) cheddar on top of that coney!And aside from cheese coneys, we’re big fans of the Chicago dog 🤤 by @poprocketcreations

We got blobbed again at @blobfest!!! Always a fun time, despite the heat & rain! We were really surprised by the turnout despite the downpour right in the peak hours. We got to partake in the enthusiasm for all things blobby and weird, catch up with faraway friends, and watch a cult classic in the historic @thecolonialtheatre (where the theater scene in the original Blob movie was filmed!) We included a couple videos of the “run out” - when festival fans watch The Blob at the Colonial and then run out of the theater just like they do in the movie when the blob invades! 😱🍿 And local shops get in on the fun, decorating their windows with Blob art and decor!And a big high five to all who stopped by our booth!!! by @poprocketcreations

We’re celebrating @cincinnatipride this Saturday at Sawyer Point from 12-8! We’ll have these Cincy Pride stickers, enamel pins, and all of our other colorful and wacky goods. Proof of life! The Pop Rocket fam has been through the wringer over the last month or so. We are OK! - it’s just been a rollercoaster of life’s ups and downs. How many times can we get all get sick in such a short span? A surprising amount! 🫩 And who could’ve predicted a BAT flying around inside our house in the middle of the night, literally as we were wrapping up some work at our laptops at midnight. (This critter was trapped and released and our house has been sealed off! But… 🫰🤑) All of this has led to falling behind on lots of fun ideas we were working on… so stay tuned as we try to get back on track! We’ve started doing summer markets! Some which Kyle had to work solo (due to Melissa being sick and/or taking care of sick Little Rocket). Health scares with close family (things are looking up 👍).Joyful moments have included: fun at Kings Island! Pizza picnics! Extended family Lake Erie trip! Going on hikes! LEGO building with Little Rocket! Bringing Little Rocket to markets! And we spotted our Frogman sticker on a car while driving through Dayton - shoutout to that person whose ONLY sticker on their car was from Pop Rocket ☺️Now, we are looking forward to a healthier summer filled with adventures!!! 🤞 by @poprocketcreations
