I’m a HUGE Tony Robbins fan. I love his sense of balance between understanding that you need to take some kind of action in order to achieve your goals, but knowing that you need to set it up in a way that is workable and achievable for you otherwise it isn’t going to happen… If you want to improve your voice, but you find yourself procrastinating, find another way - practise doesn’t have to be rigid. Find fun and enjoyable ways that work with you, that fit into life but that give you results you’re looking for. And the rest will work itself out.

Staying hydrated. It’s something I’ve always been lazy with as a singer a business owner and a mum who is always on the go, but as I get older, hydration is something I am really starting to enjoy sustaining now that o have found an easier way.
These are my two daily grab-n-go-smoothies that take me 10mins in the morning to prepare:
💚 1/2 cucumber, 1 stick celery and 2 kiwi.
💜 is 1 cup frozen blueberries, 7-10 strawberries and 1/2 cup of raspberries
Add some water to each and blend blend blend!!

This plus an extra 2 glasses of water in the morning and evening - and although I’m rushing to the bathroom a lot more these days, my skin is glowing for 48yrs old and my voice actually feels a big difference.

I’m a big believer that learning should feel INSPIRED, DESIRED NATURAL,PURPOSEFUL, HELPFUL, INTERESTING and FUN!!! 🤩

Over September through to November I’ll be one of a handful of innovative entrepreneurs learning from experienced mentors to take my Pop Scongs concept to the next level. A year ago a program like this would have completely fet out of reach for me but one year on and with the right timing and mindset, I feel completely ready and excited for what is to come.

I’ll share more in the coming weeks and months but in the meantime, I’d love to know have you ever been inspired to grow your skills or learn something outside of your own comfort zone that might have scared you years ago and what inspired you to do it now?
