If you're new here, hi!! 🙋‍♀️ Pull up a beach chair. 😎🏝️☀️

I'm Sherilyn - and this little video is the origin story of Pop Stop SLO.

Spoiler: it involves a beach day, a craving, and one very determined decision to make snacking way more fun.

SLO is short for San Luis Obispo - the Central California Coast county where my little beach town of Cayucos is located. The #SLOlife is also a real thing here - slowing down to enjoy the beach, hiking, locally made food, and connecting in person with the community🌊

So what even ARE these things?!? Think cake pops and protein bars had a baby. 😂 Gluten-free protein bites, handcrafted in small batches by me personally in my licensed home kitchen - with real ingredients, beach-inspired flavors, and just enough sprinkles and edible glitter to make snacking feel like a little escape. ✨

Peanut butter. Gluten-free oats. Flaxmeal. Raw honey. Plant-based protein. And a whole lot of coastal good vibes.

That's the vibe here. 🌊

Pop in. Bliss out. Wholesome never tasted this fun. 🍡✨

Tell me in the comments - what flavor would you want to try first? 👇

📍 Local to SLO County and want to get your hands on some?

Here's how:

🧺 Find my beach umbrella & cooler at the local Farmers Markets:

Thursdays 2-4:30pm | Morro Bay

Spencer's Fresh Market Parking Lot

Fridays 10 AM - 12:30 PM | Cayucos

Across from Brown Butter Cookie

🚗 Order online for local delivery through Harvestly (order by midnight Wed for Fri delivery) OR pre-order for pick-up at either Market above if you want to ensure you don't miss out on your faves: popstopslo.com [link in bio] taken in Cayucos, California by @popstopslo

Pop Stop SLO is now shipping anywhere in the whole state! 🙌📦📬🍡✨

If this is your first time here — hi, hello, welcome, I'm so glad the algorithm brought us together. 🤩

Just living the California dream. 🌅✨

Saturday evening, salty air, the sky melting into pink, and a California Dream Dots pop in hand. Drift away with every bite, where creamy vanilla peanut butter meets the California sky. ☁️🍡

Inspired by classic vanilla Dots Cakes, each one is topped with pastel sprinkles made with plant-based colors, so they're dye-free and every bit as sweet as they look. 💗💙

Here's to SLO days and soaking up every last bit of the weekend. 🤍

Oh my gosh, it's perfect. ✨🍺🌅

After a full week of rolling, decorating, packing, and delivering, there's something so sweet about finally sitting still long enough to enjoy one myself. A glittery Root Beer Float pop, a sunset putting on a whole show, and nowhere I need to be. 😏

This is honestly why I started Pop Stop in the first place. Life moves fast, and I want to make little treats that remind us to pause and savor the good moments. Plus, edible glitter just makes me happy. I'm not sorry about it. 💫

Wishing you a weekend full of sunsets, sparkle, and your own little Snack Escape. 🍡🤍

Our protein pops are available for local businesses to carry! 👀🍡✨

Are you a local business owner in SLO County? Coffee shop, gym, yoga or Pilates studio, salon, boutique... if you think your customers would love a wholesome little treat, I offer two easy ways to partner:

🤝 Wholesale - purchase pops at wholesale pricing and sell them in your space
🍡 Consignment - no upfront cost, I stock them and you earn a commission on everything sold

I can even provide a cute countertop mini-fridge with signage, so they stay cool and are easy to grab. 🧊✨

Interested? Drop a comment below or send me a DM and I'll send over all the details! 📩

And for my Beach Buddies: is there a spot near you that you wish carried my pops, so you could grab one anytime a craving hits? Tag them in the comments! 👇🤍

1,111. 🥹✨

This little @smiirl @instagram counter lives in my Pop Stop SLO kitchen and ticks every time a new Beach Buddy joins the fam. This morning it landed on all ones, so obviously I made a wish. 😏🍡

It hasn't even been a year since I launched this little dream, and I still can't quite believe how many of you are following along. Every single tick of this thing means someone out there decided to hop on this adventure with me, and I don't take that for granted for one second. 🤍

Thank you for every follow, every share, every pop you've grabbed, and every friend you've sent my way. You've made this journey so much sweeter than I ever imagined. 🌊☀️

And here's what I'm wishing for: that one day this counter sits proudly in a Pop Stop storefront, ticking away with many, many more of you watching the numbers climb right alongside me. ✨🏝️

Consider it manifested. 😏

Pop in. Bliss out. 🍡✨ Wholesome never tasted this fun!
