Avec les collaborateurs habituels :

@dominicvanchesteing guru du son et du band.
Le seul et l’unique Phil Roberge aux contrôles.
@hj202x directeur artistique officiel du band.
@pascalshefteshy sur la finition sonore.

Bonne écoute à vous de nous.

Delivering heavy psychedelic rock @populationii seamlessly, infuses feverish funk, hints of jazz philosophy, and bursts of energy reminiscent of punk's early days. Built on a foundation of deep friendship and undeniable chemistry, the Montreal trio brings their heavily syncopated, rock-infused jazz to Audiotree Live.

The star-studded trio creates a sound that transcends time, immune to the trends that dominate the industry's current vibrations. Playing songs off their latest studio album, ‘Maintenant Jamais’ (2025), Population II’s Audiotree Live performance showcases their idiosyncratic style. Powerful and overflowing with emotion, Population II emerges as an unfathomable entity emerging from the depths of the swamp, characterized as much by hazy ambiance as by cathartic explosions. by @populationii

Experimental rockers @yoodoowrong (Montréal, QC) teamed up with multi-instrumentalist virtuoso @nolanpottersnightmareband (Austin, TX), and psychedelic rock trio @populationii (Montréal, QC) to record a one-of-a-kind long-player meshing elements from krautrock, free jazz, and noise. Yoo II avec Nolan Potter (via @mothland & @levitation / The Reverberation Appreciation Society) was an impromptu meeting of like minds, recorded during a two-hour session in one small room. The music occurred organically and of its own volition. A must-listen for fans of Can, Acid Mothers Temple, Gong, etcetera.

Don’t miss this supergroup on July 9 @thegarrisonto with opener @colinalexanderfisher
