catch: a glance, attention, feelings, them in the act, our show in just 2.5 weeks!

Get your tickets now for Look, Look Again, premiering on October 3 at Triskelion Arts at 4pm as part of CollectiveGenius Festival

Look, Look Again approaches queer cruising as an improvisational practice. Emerging from the intimate and anonymous language of gestures, cues, glances, and grazes, this immersive ensemble work rehearses the erotic commons as a site of care, risk, and collective power.

GETHSEMANE

What an experience working on this fever dream of a project!!! The biggest thank you to @andrewwonder & @orin_black_film for inviting me into this strange universe you created. And ofc to @notcarseatheadrest for being so down to clown, and trusting us with this track that I was genuinely happy to listen to on repeat for weeks. We really let imagination and intuition lead us through this quick & scrappy process, and I will cherish it forever. 🖤

And on a more personal note: I’m so proud that movement played such an integral role in this script, and the casting decisions. Dancers are the hardest working people I know, and the most overlooked part of their job is that they have to make everything look easy. We had a freezing cold day in the woods, a full shoot day bound to super uncomfortable costumes that took away half your vision, and last minute script changes- all of it was handled with grit & grace. ✨

Stay weird, ya’ll !!!
