This photo was taken in Kyrgyzstan in 2018, during a 21-day Sufi-Zen camp with my teacher.
This was just the beginning of the initiations I have received on this path.

On 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗶, I will be sharing an afternoon of Sufi practice at 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗼. Join me for an afternoon of Zikr, whirling, breath, meditation, poetry, and music.

Feminine Alchemy is an exploration of the feminine principle and what it means to walk the spiritual path as a woman.

We work with the cyclical nature and varied facets of feminine energy and its alchemical powers, practicing recognizing and embodying them. The work is rooted in Tantric and Feminine Wisdom teachings, with meditative, energetic, and embodiment practices.

Reconnecting spirituality with the body. Opening our sensitivity, our sensuality, our connection with our own nature, and allowing our embodied feminine intelligence to become part of the spiritual path, rather than creating a separation between our spiritual life and our everyday human experience.

Nothing to see here…
Just me coming out of the last eclipse with an inexplicable urge to make a mask…
and then realizing the Dakini was coming to dance and bring me a powerful activation. ❤️‍🔥🌹

I never made a mask like this before. It took a little research and a whole lot of trust in what was wanting to come through. Every part was being revealed moment by moment until she took full form.

Such a powerful process and one of my Living Tantra mentorship students got to do it with me. I can’t wait for her mask to fully unfold.

What a blessing!!!

Btw…. There is a Living Tantra group mentorship planned to start Oct 16. This is a 12-month online journey and it’s very deep. The group will stay small so this means you get a lot of personal mentoring. DM me if you want more info. It’s a beautiful process!

It’s been a while since I’ve shared myself playing Gongs here, but Sacred Sound remains a strong part of my path and practice.

Today, I sat with the Sun, Moon, and Uranus gongs for this eclipse energy.

Take a moment
Slow down and put on some headphones.

Relax… listen, receive, and allow these planetary frequencies to move through you.

Sit with this inquiry…

What stories about your destiny are ready to be deconditioned?

What mental narratives about where you are now and where you think you should be are being revealed as no longer holding truth or value?

What becomes possible when those stories begin to loosen?

What if what is happening right now is exactly what is needed for what is to come?

And what if, even though you cannot see it yet, somewhere in your depths you already know this to be true?

Uranus speaks to the unknown, to the unexpected, and to the disruption of what we thought we knew.

What appears to interrupt our destiny may actually be interrupting just our ideas about where our path is supposed to lead.

Much of our conditioning around pleasure and fulfillment is actually a kind of contraction.

We learn to organize life around very specific ideas of what must happen, what something must feel like, or what conditions must be present in order for us to experience pleasure, satisfaction, or aliveness.

We begin to micromanage our experience.

But the more narrowly we define how life is allowed to fulfill us, the more we close ourselves to the infinite ways in which Life is already touching us.

Tantric practice cultivates sensitivity.

Sensitivity to the elements.
To that which is most subtle.
To the consciousness already present within experience itself.

And as that sensitivity deepens, pleasure becomes much larger than the pursuit of a particular sensation or outcome.

It becomes our capacity to receive Life.

To recognize how much is already here.

How much is already alive.

How much is already sacred.

We have learned to call something discernment that is often simply the mind dividing experience.

Yes or no.
Good or bad.
Safe or unsafe.
For me or against me.

But this is not necessarily discernment.

Often, it is the mind’s attempt to categorize experience before we have actually allowed ourselves to receive it.

In the Tantric understanding, the heart is not merely the seat of emotion. It is the seat of consciousness itself.

The awakened mind is the awakened heart.

When experience is allowed to enter through the heart first, we meet more of what is actually here. The nuances. The sensations. The contradictions. The full spectrum of information that becomes unavailable when the mind has already reduced the moment to a predetermined conclusion.

This does not mean that everything becomes a yes.

Quite the opposite.

A true yes can become very clear.
And a true no can become very clear.

But they arise from a deeper intelligence.

Not from the defensive mechanisms of a mind trying to protect us from experience before experience has even been allowed to touch us.

The mind still has an essential role. It can interpret, organize, and act upon what has been perceived.

But first, the heart.

First, consciousness.
First, the willingness to actually experience what is here.

Then discernment can arise from the whole of our being rather than from the small binary world of the conditioned mind.

Trust the intelligence of the heart.
Trust its clarity.
Trust its strength.

“It has been an honor and a joy to host, to welcome the Dakini Garden women’s group with the guidance of Akasha Ma Shakira Devi.
The whole space here at Osho Mokurai has been infused by her presence, her wisdom, her love, and insights into a field of energy and existence which it is not so commonly looked at and explored. Explored with such depth, loving embrace and understanding, not giving some ready-made answer or consolation, but bringing up the root of issues and showing the inherent light of the beauty and the depth of the feminine qualities.
In my opinion, this is so much needed, besides being wonderful and beautiful, I feel it is very, very lucky that it could happen here.
Osho Mokurai is the fruition of so much dedication and joyful work, and exists for these kind of happenings.
I have seen the participants coming, and how even in a relatively short time transformation has happened, and not only seeds have been planted in their hearts, but also began already blooming.

Zittend in de Italiaanse trein bevind ik me in de overgang van de magische bergen van Mokurai naar het stadse leven van Milaan.

De levendigheid en vermoeidheid in mijn lichaam omarmend.

Voelend hoe alles wat deze week gebeurd is in mij gehouden wordt door zowel mij als the great mother, en nog mag landen en integreren op manieren die ik nu nog niet kan en ook niet hoef te begrijpen.

Deze week is een ervaring geweest waar ik de woorden nog niet voor heb.
Een ervaring die misschien wel nooit in woorden gevangen kan worden.
Al heeft @eleonorabertin het in haar post krachtig weten te verwoorden.

Ik voel een immense dankbaarheid voor @portalsofakasha . De diepte van haar teachings & transmissies is ongekend, haar devotie aan het Tantrische pad, haar grote hart dat al onze menselijkheid met compassie uitnodigt, haar scherpe onderscheidingsvermogen dat waarheid brengt waar nog verwarring leeft. Haar authentieke wijsheid en inspirerende manier van met het leven bewegen.

Ik voel een diep diep herinneren dat als de grootse rijkdom voelt om te mogen ervaren.

Het is jaren geleden dat een teacher mij zo op zielsniveau heeft geraakt.

Dankbaar voel ik me ook voor de sisters en hun prachtige aanwezigheid, de herkenning, liefde, spiegels, wauw 🫶 wat een reis hebben we gemaakt.

Voor nu ga ik de laatste dag de verrukkelijke Italiaanse cultuur in me opnemen.

Morgen word ik herenigd met mijn prachtige gezin — en mag het Divine remembering dieper weven in the daily mundane.

Want uiteindelijk is niets daarvan van elkaar gescheiden. 💜

Alcuni incontri non arrivano per insegnarti qualcosa di nuovo, ma per ricordarti ciò che la tua anima ha sempre saputo.
Questa foto per me racchiude un potente significato, custodisce uno di quei momenti. Un momento di riconoscimento. Un ritorno.
Ho avuto il profondo onore di partecipare a questo straordinario cerchio dedicato alle Dakini.

Some encounters do not come to teach you something new—they come to remind you of what your soul has always known.
This image holds one of those moments. A moment of recognition. A homecoming.
I had the profound honor of taking part in this extraordinary circle dedicated to the Dakinis. In the Buddhist tradition, Dakinis are the embodiment of awakened wisdom: wild, free, transformative feminine energy that dissolves the limitations of the ego and awakens our deepest truth. They are not merely symbolic figures, but an invitation to fully embody courage, presence, and authentic awareness.
During this journey, I felt my Shakti awakening—the primordial creative force that animates all life, the Divine Feminine energy that creates, nourishes, and transforms. I also encountered the face of Kali, not as a destroyer, but as the compassionate power that cuts through fear, attachment, illusion, and everything that no longer belongs to our true nature.
I return home with a deeper sense of presence, freedom, and inner power—a power that does not arise from control, but from surrender to Life itself. A power that does not need to prove itself, because it simply is.
My deepest gratitude to @portalsofakasha for holding such a sacred and transformative space with so much wisdom, authenticity, and love.
And thank you to every woman in this circle. Each of you has been a mirror, a teacher, and a blessing.
