Love yourself more. Clear that negativity out your roots and your hair will get the memo. 🌱✨ No growth serums, no hair growth pills. Just Black Magic, pink oil, and prayer. 🙏🏾 Side note: I had a bald spot for over a year that just started growing back. This is a REAL testimony. 🙌🏾✨ #HairTestimony #4CHair #NaturalDarkGinger #ClearNegativityOutYourRoots #CurlsForTheGirls by @porter_glr

NEW BRANCH: THE ALCHEMY 🧿
.
I took what I’ve been through and what I’m still working through and made something to help somebody else recognize the patterns in their own life, find their voice, and decide what THEY want next.

➡️ Look at what happened without blaming yourself for all of it
➡️ Figure out what was yours to carry and what never belonged to you
➡️ Put your boundaries into words and decide who gets access to you
➡️ Turn what you’ve learned into real choices for your life
I
These 6 lessons 📝 give you something to write down, think through, and actually do. I’m so glad I created this, and I hope it helps anyone dealing with traumatic wounds.

“HER.”

She walks in,
and the room remembers.

One man raises his glass in resentment,
another lowers his head in shame and guilt,
while a few still watch her
like they never stopped wanting her.

Funny how love and bitterness
can live in the same room.

They loved the woman they had access to,
but hated the woman they could no longer reach.

👀 THE RECEIPTS

We all have those characters that play a role in discreetly sabotaging our lives. As long as your story is swept under the rug, those same characters are okay with being cool and corrupt because nobody knows your story.

But contrary to what people believe, the real narrative always breaks systems.

THE REAL BLACK SHEEP

The real black sheep eventually gets tired.

Not of the family.

Not of love.

Not of forgiveness.

They get tired of the psychological games.

Because the most damaging thing you can do to a person isn’t actually what you say or do.

Sometimes it’s making them question their own reality for so long that dysfunction starts feeling normal.

You learn to survive it.

You learn to minimize it.

You learn to explain it.

You learn to call it “family.”

Until one day…

you finally realize you were never crazy for feeling like something wasn’t right.

You were just living inside a reality somebody else taught you to accept.

And then you wake up.
