Guardians of the people salaried by the people. No finer day when courage, integrity & oath combine with arrival inbound. We all grieve the same. Sure do. Losses weigh greatly. Even animals & they protect other species routinely.

Domestic violence awareness month is October. Some pics show this irretrievable loss. If you're in trouble or know someone who is, resist the urge to submerge. Stay visible. Know where working building cameras are. VSP & Capitol are a good go to if someone is hot on your tail. Their cameras will catch the bad guy. Situational awareness. A 911 doesn't arrive in yoga pants on a scooter with a daisy of help. Richmond has the finest officers I've seen & walked with on homicide RESET as faith leader volunteer corps since 2017, but issue of hate crime repeated dropped me flat. The problem wasn't that good officers & people were lean in presence. The bad ones largely remained & continued their actions.

The police officers shown in my reel are 2 of the most discerning & important to all, when time was lean & luck turned mean. One was Henrico PD & other, RPD. If you ask, I'll explain. One is no longer here, because luck turned on him. He was quite a gentleman warrior with a quirky lil smile & personality like a grownup Opie from Andy Griffith. We protect each other with heart, experience or training & a holla to G-d too. Sometimes the holla seems to fall silent.

When quest for self, accolades, & rise & shine supercedes, an officer ignores oath & disregards trust of the people. He becomes a detriment to safety & welfare & needs to be pitched out. You can't teach good character. Creating risk to make a showy scene, is what I had run open quietly at 2020. Throwing wht power symbol at trucks pulled danger right up on 😲🤨us. Tracking what is going on took time & some luck. Same as running upon the county pervert squad on duty. Good men will not do these things. Good officers won't keep their company. I won't mention the mass shooting fraud inbound to Dogwood Dell July 4, 2022 that wasn't, as Judge Hicks nobly lit up in court. Despite how it could appear, bad LEOs are a small %, but silence emboldens conduct & allows. Truth discloses✨ 🥾🥾 by @portnoy.johnson

What do the pictures show?

Last night only a window of a few minutes existed at night's end to secure a bounty of banquet food for the noon meals program today at church. This not only provides healthy pretty food to the 120 regular visitors low on green cuz times been mean, but gifts a light day at start of holiday ahead to the weekly volunteers preparing & serving the meals. Sometimes we only get a moment to shift or change things from perception to conduct to outcome. Launch & I hope your happy moments balance the bad ones. There is no do over & time can offer respite, but ages all.

As I set sail to engage a different kind of battle, the homeless crew in RVA I've been wingman to have new shoes, new jeans & hoodies, new jackets & coats, haircut if allowed, a tent & sleeping bag if needed, all outward a daily meal guaranteed at church community meals program & Daily Planet Free Health van pulling up weekly with added church stops. A renovated motel could have provided for all with the CARES 💰42 million. The will has never been present😔I'll still be here 4 half days a week. The RPD officers at 3 churches are not antagonists. 1 is a buddy. Guardians for the people. You shouldn't have to handle big worries alone. Guardians salaried by the people. Why the pic of RPD officers at veteran's memorial ride? Some buddies & they marshalled a noble escort. What wasn't noble was how CCPD dropped me verbally, R.T. Chapt 5 Hopewell, as shiny black end truck with professionally waxed gleam from rims & tires to chrome. Bad scene. Texas plate 🐃💩 blocked me & a second of choice to engage road battle was that the mission wasn't about me. It was veterans & those who can't return. I peeled away but beat arrival at VWM by 2 min.

Spidey is heading out, but with new winter rainproof 🥾🥾, miles to travel & a hopeful adventure ahead. Autumn is well, full pantry when I left & baby quite hardy. Nails was with family & looking happy. So glad cuz she a favorite buddy leaping many obstacles. I always kept watch for her hoping. J doing OK & eating well. Look up all the costs. Groundwater & what happens when drawdown causes collapse. Noise & how that impairs bird navigation & pollinators & nesting/babies. Mental health & physical health. Property rights that are abused. Founding Fathers give nod to railroad to reach a town & power to reach another coast but for a mall or a data center ... Yeah. As veteran Pops always says, "Look out for one another cuz ain't nobody else gonna do it". Richmond's river & islands ARE NOT SAFE as storm moves in shortly over Richmond. The city shelters are listed as OPEN. Chamberlayne & then overflow Stockton. Go ahead NOW and don't wait. No, Belle Isle is not safe. You can't get back with winds over 40 mph gusting higher. Monday January 19th is 2A Lobby Day at the Capitol in Richmond, VA. Sunrise to sunset expect to see dozens of Constitutional Rights advocates crisscrossing RVA & outside in the cold sporting camo too, while visiting representatives inside the General Assembly Building until 3 pm. I'll be in camo as temps hover at freezing. Come by and grab hot coffee. All are welcome. Homeless crew included at the black bus of good coffee sunrise to close 3 pm. There is no us and them. Public safety: People must be able to read officer's last name OR a badge # & agency representing upon engagement. Photo scene! Why? I've caught 3 PDs switching name tags or intent to disguise identity. Informants placed WITH community AND on the homeless meals program lying & using false friendship to score gains for that detective are setting up the homeless. Then squeezing them for any info true or not. Guardians of the people causing a cascade of harm to gain rise & shine? To serve & protect...whom? Set me up on pulling brass off old buildings in RVA? Sure did faking desperation needing a ride but last minute as "a scrapper..." Then drug buy at the church? I was there. Nope. She set up guys pulling slowly ahead to half getting their first apartments. A buy? "Hey everybody. Anyone know the dealer who sells the $5 bag of weed...? I'm short. Anybody got a dollar...or a quarter?" Years struggling hopping a room from friends & finally their progress proves all are almost into their subsidized place & what do fake charges cause?😡 Prior informant went into my car at Rose's on 360 claiming she was just throwing empty pizza box into my car so no littering charge. But...she had a car. Watched her through my rear window glass sweeping her hands under my front seats & then ducking her head down to look. 🛑 Illegal entry into my vehicle. 🛑 Vandalism throwing pizza box littler on my seats. PD informant on Princess Blanding, Stop Cop City, women's rights march... Of course YOU want me gone. I notice everything including years of "mistakes"... "You know why you need a blk person in a movie theater if you're late? Holler smile". "You know why you don't hit a blk person?..." I'm quitting there. Evil is as evil does... Pulling up to 2 accident scenes with the bad luck of the same hat wig detective on Princess...but what does he say to the students looking lost & scared, but calm as I hand them bottled water & turn to bring back a blanket for them to sit on & more water if it hasn't been given already to homeless crew? "When she comes back, tell her she can leave. We don't want her here & neither do you". A hug from them turned to fear. Guardians? Of your own crafted rise. by @portnoy.johnson

Anniversaries & time. It can roll hard at family. Marcus David Peters. His sister, Princess Blanding arrived in Richmond with family on unimaginable ride down 95, but Marcus was already gone. Why not have truth as the standard & no flex on this? Guardians of the people must serve as that stalwart Go To. Mistakes aren't intent, but tell it. The People were happy throwing ball and sitting in the big protected circle at the extraordinary monument of brass and stone, renamed Marcus David Peters Circle. Life has cheated the happy part for many, but there they were tossing a Nerf ball, basketball or water guns & stringing together a family that stood for all they had lost from childhood up. Comfortable folks looked on with judgement, but why couldn't they have set back and let that big ol circle be like any park with grill and open/close hours. Big stone steps for dozens on each side. No fire risk. What I believe doesn't really matter. What I saw was people arriving who didn't have much home or most of their family was gone. They were happy throwing a ball & grilling out. Why couldn't you let that be in all of your comforts? Princess had much responsibility in care on fish fry days & community picnic, but you wouldn't let that be either. I raced in a fire extinguisher from Lowe's for her, but nothing would be enough. I would not have taken the monuments down, but would have put a $1,000 plaque at each with description of history. The 💰 for monument removal would instead go into public humble housing fund for rent, a park in each & extra maintenance by independent contractors. Lives restored in respite would have saved many, but you wouldn't allow that either. As months became 2 years, people were happy. Church concerts, ballet, snowball fights. Costs in plantings after removal were extreme & inground watering wasting more than water. What I think doesn't matter, but what I saw was people becoming happy as life balanced the hard things with respite in a circle, MDPC. taken in Richmond, Virginia by @portnoy.johnson

We all have the same hopes & dreams for a happy life with more good times than bad. From 🎒 school 👟 👟 to job 🥾 🥾 & onward 👞👞👢👢, people crossing our path to help & lift is a blessing. Life doesn't promise, but goodwill can & outcomes will shift. What makes it so has a lot to do with what we can prevent & what we can't. We all know grief & celebration alike.

The anniversary date for Marcus David Peters is May 14th🕯️🌹 The photos show memorial garden 🎨 of MDP Circle 🌻 A costly impediment replaces brass & granite & marker of history⌛ We are the witnesses to all. We believe & think differently on some things, but truth was & is a unified front embraced by good. Subverting truth & conspiracy to conceal or craft up 🤥 are acts far from God's word & path. Intent to harm is as well. What are God's 10 Commandments... God's chosen but breaking them here, there & everywhere? Hm. 🤔 Neither a gown nor badge makes a good person.

May 1st rose high 🎉 🍔 with 🍿 picnic shared for any arriving. A welcome to all of goodwill & a To Go plate for those who ain't. Greatly needed oasis for 1 just out of lock up over little of nothing, 1 whose girl "is in mental hospital" & 1 burdened with "schizoaffective disorder". Choices buy time or take it. Governor Youngkin's intervention with the Right Help Right Now saved lives & lit up truth on deadly roll of the dice Fentanyl blends. Why can't we all repeat, "He ain't heavy. He's my brother".

Homeless crew were welcome at Christmas 🎄 by Governor & his wife as hot cocoa ☕ warmed heartache over Richmond's betrayal of public land in humble housing. Federal grants intentionally undisclosed to residents thrown onto the streets as evicted from gifted land for those beleaguered. Federal grants to cover rent, undisclosed. Privatize gifted land to select developers? Hm.🤔

Guardians of The People falling short of goodwill, truth, honorable oath to protect life & serve welfare of the vulnerable with consistent integrity, must adhere or be removed from their capacity to harm. 2020 speeds to 2025 as 5 years 👟 👟 👀 seeing all provides shifts on point of view, truth, good guys who aren't, bad guys who aren't, wingman on homeless meals program & protests, missing persons, rallies, vigils & rideouts... From Augusta to Hampton to VA Beach to Charlottesville, to Spotsylvania to Surry to Newport News to Petersburg, to Richmond & onward, courts & funerals dot the years. How do you protect what or who you care about? It will never come from sitting. How can you know the truth? Show up & stay. Change what you can. Expose & disclose what you can't.
