All you need is the air, water, and a bowl of Chitarra Verde in front of you. Ours comes with little neck clams, basil pesto, garlic scape, Calabrian chili — and if you are feeling indulgent, add the burrata. #PortoBoston

Porto brings coastal Italian dining to Boston’s Back Bay, and their beautiful lemon canopy makes the whole experience feel like a little escape to the Amalfi Coast.

The short rib lasagna was easily the highlight for me. With layers of tender short rib, San Marzano tomato, béchamel, Parmigiano Reggiano, and herb pesto, I can genuinely say this was one of the best dishes I’ve had in Boston.

We ended the night with their tableside tiramisu cart, where we tried the pistachio, strawberry, and classic in that order. All three were incredible, but the pistachio was definitely my favorite!

Between the food, drinks, service, and beautiful canopy setting, this was such a special night at Porto!
