Thank you for a wonderful Golden Hour Gala!

Our incredible Harmony House Young Professionals Board held their 3rd annual Golden Hour Gala at the end of August. We’re proud to share that this sold out event surpassed the fundraising goal, and raised $51,460 of direct support to survivors of domestic violence. 💛

Lauren Inman, Harmony House Young Professionals Board Chair noted, “We are so grateful to everyone who showed up, gave generously and helped make this milestone possible. Every dollar raised helps Harmony House continue providing hope, safety and support to domestic violence survivors in our community. It’s an incredible honor to chair the Harmony House Young Professionals Board and play a small part in ensuring survivors have access to the critical, life-saving resources they deserve.”

Up close and personal, Peru edition. 🇵🇪🦙⛰️🧶🥣 I cried a lot on this trip for many reasons.

First, I’m blown away and in awe of the sheer beauty of this country. I never knew mountains could be so tall and make me feel so small.

Second, each community we encountered were incredibly friendly and it was amazing to see how deeply rooted they are to nature and still pay respect to their ancestors.

Third, I’m proud of Kyle and I gaining the courage to go on this trip. We are extremely lucky to have this opportunity and cannot express how meaningful this trip was to me. It’s the one place in the world I’ve dreamt of visiting. I pushed myself harder than I have ever done to hike over Machu Picchu and we both took a leap to try different kinds of cuisine outside our comfort zone.

I’m proud of us for what we’ve done in our first 10 years of marriage. We have so much life left ahead of us. Here’s to taking more chances on ourselves and making a lot more memories in the next 10 years. taken in Machu Picchu, Peru - Wonder Of The World by @portraitnovella
