EXCITING NEWS that for the first time in history, the top 3 bikini Olympians get to choose their own music for their routine! 👙 I cannot wait to see what they choose.

Athletes know how important it is to pose to the music being played so your routine doesn’t feel disjointed, but it’s hard when it’s a song you don’t like!

IYKYK how hard it can be to do this and channel your “song” that you love to pose in on stage in your head at the same time 🫠

If I got to pick a song for my routine, it would absolutely be this one ❤️‍🔥

I’m tired of seeing the same old transitions for the Fit Models 🥱 so I thought I’d film some of my own I’ve been practicing.

Yes, I teach Fit Model posing routines too 🫶 A few people have been asking me.

No, I don’t re-watch anything I film until hours later when I get home. Sorry the second routine is half cut off after I spin around lmao.

Helping beautiful women pose is one thing, but when it’s for one of your beautiful friends, it’s a complete other 🫶

We made friends in the gym years ago and I’m forever grateful for fitness bringing us together. And my years of persistence for you to get back on stage paid off 😂

Forever grateful that you have trusted me to help you bring your best package yet to the @ifbbproleagueoz stage with the help of your meticulous coach @akcoaching_ 💖 It has been an honour watching you evolve over this journey.

Also. We have to say it. Not bad for a natty 😉

So incredibly proud of the package @akcoaching_ and I brought to the stage. The goal from the outset was to completely transform from my last show in 2023, and we did that 1000%. Blessed with the support of my loved ones who may have experienced a few menty bs when my day job work pressure was high, and extremely grateful for my posing coach @melissaperre and for the care @glamfitbikinis put into their suits. Thanks again to @compculture for hitting me up with some amazing accessories and thank you to tje @ifbbproleagueoz for always putting on a great show!

If you are a natural competitor going up against enhanced competitors.

I wish you luck.

Not because you don’t stand a chance - take me for example.

I am proof that you can do this, and do this well.

But because you will have so many people doubt your ability.

~Just don’t let one of those people be yourself~

Season A is approaching in Australia.

You’ve worked so hard to get here.

Now finish the job.

As the Olympia weekend arrives, officially 1 year to the day that I stepped off stage and out of prep, I know that I’ll always look back on my journey and be so proud that I did that ❤️‍🔥
