🚨HYROX REMINDER🚨
.
With the new UK season fast approaching it’s important to understand… Your best is ALWAYS good enough
.
It’s so easy to get caught up comparing yourself to others, their times, their pace, their finish times. Especially when social media is full of PBs, highlight reels and seemingly superhuman performances
.
Don’t let unrealistic expectations online steal the joy of your own achievements.
.
Maybe your goal is to finish. Maybe it’s to beat your PB. Maybe it’s simply to show up, push through when it gets tough, and prove to yourself that you can do hard things
.
Whatever your goal is, be proud of it 💪🏼
.
You trained for this, You showed up, You gave it what you had on the day, And that is something to be proud of
.
This is
YOUR race,
YOUR journey,
YOUR achievement
.
