As I celebrate my 28th birthday and embark on my 29th, I find myself reflecting on the past year. Many of my manifestations have become evident in my reality, solidifying my purpose during this human experience. 🎡#growth

From working my dream job, to making five figures in my business to have the privilege to cherish Great Grandmother and have intentional friendships that truly love me. I’m looking forward to the year Twenty “Fine” 29🪷 #growth #transformation #solotraveller #naturalhair by @positive_tt

It’s Mindful Motivational Monday!🗓️
This week’s motivation comes from the 12 laws of Karma. 💥
The 🥇 law is: As you Sow, So shall you Reap.
This is the great law. If there is a cause, then there is an affect. What around, comes around. 💫
If you want peace and joy in your life, your home, your community, the world. 🌏
Start where you are and do something about you ⭐️
If you are helpless and fearful you will draw or attract fear and anxiety. 🌪️
So be intentional this week and focus on the world that you can control around and see interact with.💥

Stress is kills you , it’s how you react to it. 🐲

Every scholarship has a ripple effect. Through scholarship support, Tiarra T. Murphy 23MPH [@positive_tt] pursued her passion for improving health outcomes for people of color at Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health [@rollinspublichealth]. Today, she is using her education to help communities navigate challenges and build healthier futures. Her journey shows how investing in students creates lasting impact far beyond the classroom. by @positive_tt
