Nantucket apparently has the perfect formula: lobster rolls, oysters, sunsets, beach drives + Jay’s birthday 🤍🏝️🎉🎂

Lobster rolls every chance I got, oysters 🦪, sunset dinner overlooking the bay at the White Elephant🐘, birthday dinner at Cru, and driving the beach all the way out to Great Point where we even saw a seal 🦭

Such a special week in such a special place celebrating my most special best friend. ♥️ @jaytrabucco

🏡 Another beautiful custom home officially closed!

Congratulations to the new homeowners of 137 Snow Pond Rd. It was exciting to see this home come together from the ground up, and I can’t wait to share more of the new construction projects coming up.

If you’ve been thinking about building or buying a new construction home in New Hampshire, I’d love to help you explore your options. Send me a message anytime.

Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Today marks 700 classes. 700 hours of hot yoga. 🧘‍♀️❤️‍🔥

It’s hard to put into words how much this journey has changed my life. The physical results are only a small part of it. The real transformation has come from simply showing up, breathing, being present, pushing through challenges, and continuing to grow both internally and externally.

There were poses I once thought I’d never be able to do that now feel effortless. It’s amazing what consistent practice, patience, and the power of your breath can accomplish. Yoga has taught me that our breath influences so much more than our practice it shapes how we move through life.

To every teacher who has challenged me, encouraged me, believed in me, and helped me become stronger… thank you. Your guidance has meant more than you know.

I’m also incredibly grateful for the amazing community at Humble Warrior and the friendships I’ve built along the way. A very special thank you to @cindyboo for introducing me to yoga during COVID and inviting me to join your lunchtime classes. It truly became one of the greatest gifts anyone has ever given me.

Over the years, no matter where I’ve traveled, I’ve always found a place to roll out my mat or just practice a few poses in the middle of the beach. 🏝️ Yoga has become part of who I am.

Choosing to continue this practice has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself, and I’m excited for everything that’s still to come. I hope to practice for the rest of my life.

And yes… Dancer Pose will always be my favorite. 😊🤍

Namaste. 🙏❤️

Cheers to 40 years! 🥂✨

Healthy. Happy. Thriving.

This birthday was exactly what I wanted a beautiful summer evening surrounded by amazing people, great food, cocktails, laughter, games, and so much love.

The older I get, the more I realize life isn’t about how many people are in the room. It’s about being surrounded by the right people.

Thank you to everyone who helped me to make this year special my heart is so full. 🤍

40 is looking pretty good so far! ✨

Better late than never 😂 … 2025 was one of those years that reminded me why I do what I do.

So many meaningful moments. So many incredible people. So many experiences that challenged me, inspired me, and pushed me to grow personally and professionally.

From unforgettable events and creative projects, to amazing clients who trusted us with their biggest moments, to new partnerships, new ideas, and big goals taking shape, 2025 was full. Full of gratitude. Full of lessons. Full of momentum.

There were long days, late nights, and a lot of behind-the-scenes work but also so much joy, laughter, connection, and pride in the work we put out into the world. I’m incredibly thankful for every client, collaborator, venue partner, and team member who was part of this journey. Congratulations to my long time friends Mr. & Mrs. Lopez who we hosted a booth for in Houston Texas! 💍

As this chapter closes, I’m carrying forward the memories, the growth, and the excitement for what’s next.

Here’s to everything 2025 gave us and to an even bigger, brighter 2026 ahead. ✨🌟🙏🏼 #godspeed #cheerstothenewyear #thankful #blessings by @positiveperspective

NYE Aruba 2026 🏝️✨

Ringing in the New Year in Aruba was next level. The Renaissance Hotel and Flamingo Island were absolutely incredible 🦩 they have a boat pick up inside the hotel that brings you to the island! We loved the island from crystal-clear water to the flamingos just walking around it was such a cool experience!!! Then we celebrated NYE rooftop with hundreds of fireworks lighting up the sky 🎆 so truly unforgettable.

Nothing like starting the year somewhere warm, vibrant, and full of good energy. Cheers to new experiences, new goals, and more moments like this ✨🥂
