The posters I made for the recent @minorchord.recs seasonal showcase.

The main poster has followed the same layout with a different hero color, usually taken from a color palette on theme with the season the showcase is happening in. Sometimes the venue name can change the space allotment for the list of bands performing, and when a band has a longer name that can change the way the bands are listed, but for the most part these are a quick update other than the hours spent pouring over which color to use 😂

It was only the most recent two showcases that I found a good template for the band promo posts that I started using. The label wanted to do ramp up promo posts in the days and weeks leading up to the showcase, and these seemed to work out well for that purpose during the spring showcase, so we kept them for the summer showcase.

These have been fun to work on, but not nearly as fun as the showcases themselves have been. Check them out if you’re in the Bay Area. by @posterzombie
