Fuel = Power… for both your body and mind ✨

Whether you’re still competing or figuring out who you are after the game, your body is still doing a lot for you.

Your goals may change. Your routine may change. Your body may change. But fueling yourself matters in every season.

Food supports your strength, focus, recovery, mood, and so much more than what we see on the outside.

Keep fueling the person behind the daily performance🤗

Life after sports… a lot can change 😏🤝

I originally filmed the most recent clip as a joke because I just wanted to see what my back looked like in that shirt 😂 But looking back, it’s actually pretty cool to see how much my body has changed post-softball.

When I played softball, I was eating 5-6x a day to fuel my body and perform on the field. Now, I get to fuel myself differently - eating 3 protein-packed meals a day with the goal of building muscle and getting a little leaner.

And the biggest thing I’ve learned? Both bodies are good bodies.

One was built to perform. The other is being built for the life I’m living now.

Different seasons. Different goals. Different “whys.”

Your body changing after sports doesn’t mean you’ve lost the athlete you were. It just means you’re learning what taking care of yourself looks like in a new season of life.

There is so much life outside of sports - you might just have to do a little self-discovery to figure out what you want it to look like ✨ by @postgradplayer

Let’s 👏 talk 👏 about 👏 it 👏

No matter how much you prepare for life after athletics, the transition can hit you in ways you never expected.

It’s okay to grieve the athlete you were.
It’s okay to miss the lifestyle you once had.

But don’t forget this:

The discipline, resilience, leadership, and work ethic your sport gave you do NOT disappear when your career ends.

They become the foundation for whatever comes next🩵 by @postgradplayer

Life after collegiate athletics isn’t talked about enough.

This page is for the athletes learning to navigate the transition after their final season: the identity shifts, body image, mental health, fitness, and everything in between.

I’m sharing my own journey in hopes that others feel a little less alone in theirs.

If you’ve ever wondered, “Who am I without my sport?” you’re in the right place.

Here’s to embracing a new season🥂🩵 by @postgradplayer
