our first date took place a year ago here in Canby at my friend Jason’s rad tribute band festival during this Judas Priest tribute bands set and we had such a blast together and it’s continued ever since 🤘😁🤘⠀

Early this morning a thunderstorm rolled through downtown portland and I had a VIP ticket to the jolt show. These clips are slowed down to .1x speed and it’s crazy how much these bolts light the sky on fire. by @postmel0

2 weeks in Orcas Island condensed down to 3 minutes with my birthday twin @johnjplummer. Thank you @jenjowalsh for letting us crash your place for so long and feeding us a never ending shmorgasborg of treats! Everyday felt like mini holiday insanity filled with World Cup games, sailing, hiking, swimming, pot lucks, birthdays, live music, birdwatching, orcas, sunsets, random eggs. What an epic way to kick off the summer season 🌞 by @postmel0

beautiful sun and wind for a day of sailing with our island pals Ruth, Parham and Leslie with multiple orca sightings, jumping minnows, endless snax, rosé all day - so fun taking turns at the helm and oooohing over the incredible views taken in San Juan Islands by @postmel0

This week was a new adventure- A 2 night Sailboat River trip w/ @johnjplummer to the strangely named Government Island where we saw Whistling Geese, Bald Eagles, Cormorants, deer, a princess dog and ate salads of many sorts. by @postmel0

The David Hockney collection at the Portland Art Museum was truly an inspiration to me. I admire his dedication to art, his subjects, his fearlessness and his willingness in exploring new ways to make art.
