‘Posture Editions is a project for artists, a project inspired by the conviction that something is worth to exist as a book’

“Sanam Khatibi is a medium. She paints what is whispered in her ear. In a state between waking and sleeping, images appear to her of absurdly small vases, skulls, shells, corals and flowers, and other pieces we know from the canon of classical still life.” From: “Cyanide” Sanam Khatibi, text by Nikolaas Demoen (Dutch/French/English). Published in 2020 — Posture Editions N° 40.
The book is still available.

Take a look at ‘Abby’s Living Room’, carefully curated by Sanam. She combined objects and works from the museum’s collection with her own precious still-life paintings and a new, magnificent tapestry.

Posture Editions and Maria Blondeel announce their forthcoming publication: ‘95G_DOKA’

The book consists of photograms, created by placing objects from the darkroom on light-sensitive diazo paper and exposing them to sunlight. The result is a series of 72 blue lightprints which can be regarded as standalone images, but which Maria uses in exhibitions as building blocks within a larger whole.

The book will be launched on 13 Nov at Convent and is accompanied by two simultaneous exhibitions, one @conventartspaceghent and the other in ANNEX (Vierkante Zaal), Academie BEELD in Sint-Niklaas.
💙 Stay tuned! 🔷
The realisation of the book is supported by the Flemish Government and Sofam.

📸 @kubavci @klararadio by @posture_editions

Posture Editions and Be-Part can’t wait to present the result of their collaboration with Henk Visch: an EXHIBITION and a BOOK!

For the EXHIBITION ‘Ik was getrouwd met een aap’, Henk Visch brought together a selection of existing works alongside newly created sculptures and drawings, arranged in an inspiring installation in the Paardenstallen @bepart_platform Kortrijk.

The BOOK ‘Henk Visch—Cosmic Dance’ features a text by Barbara De Coninck, based on numerous interviews with the artist.
Alongside the many supporting images, the book contains an extensive visual section of sculptures and drawings—a selection of Henk’s practice spanning some 50 years—as well as installation views of the exhibition spaces in Kortrijk.

Welcome to the OPENING & BOOK LAUNCH Sat 12 Sept 14:30 to 17:00 (free admission / registration preferred, link in bio)
EXHIBITION: 12 Sept to 29 Nov 2026
Be-Part, Korte Kapucijnenstraat, 8500 Kortrijk
