Happy 1st birthday to Postwell 🥹🎂

I can’t believe it’s been a year. What a whirlwind! It’s gone so fast, and I’m damn proud of it. 👊

In the past year, I’ve realized how important it is to bet on and believe in yourself. If you would have asked me 5 years ago if I ever wanted to own my own company, I would have told you no, it’s too risky and too difficult.

Now that I’m on the other side, I’m absolutely thrilled to say that it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. My business, while small, is all mine, and it’s given me opportunities to grow and learn in ways I didn’t know were possible.

If I could give any piece of advice to anyone on the fence about taking the leap, it’s that you never know how capable you are until you give yourself a chance. Do the hard things. Be responsible for your own success. Be creative. Challenge yourself to grow. You just never know if that decision will be the best thing you do unless you try.

Also, side note, I can now speak from personal experience that hiring a social media manager for your company is super important because keeping up with your own socials is HARD! 😂 That being said, if you’re looking for someone to manage this part of your business, hit me up!

Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to eat lots of smashburgers this week, because TWO of my clients put it on special 😋🍔

Other than that, trying to stay cool by shooting jewelry *quickly!!* outside before I melt from the Charleston summer heat, drink as many watermelon limeades as possible, and make the most of these long, hot days. ☀️

It was a good week! 🤗

I had my first shoot with a new client (business is growing!) and I’m proud to say their content is already performing so well! 🚀

For other clients, we’ve been working on creating content for menu changes, renovations, and more. And then as you can see in the last slide, Enzo is really just working on napping. He gets better at it every day. 🐾

Been a little off my game lately with Fave Photo Friday 😅

Truth be told, I fell victim to the thing I always preach to my clients - social media can fall onto the back burner when you’re juggling other aspects of your business! (Do as I say, not as I do! 😜)

Anyway, I loved a few of these shots from this week, some are a bit more polished (lookin’ at you, $27,000 diamond 💎) and others show some behind the scenes things, new menu items, and more.

No social media girls heads were harmed in the making of the video and her head’s slam against the light 😂

But anything for the shot, we guess!

Fave photo Friday! 🌸

You know, as someone that creates content for a living, I can tell you firsthand that it’s way easier to outsource your own social media efforts. 😅 Even for me, social media always ends up on the back burner for my own business, but this little weekly Friday post is easy for me to keep up with and share some updates from the week.

Lots of drinks, sweets, and diamonds this week. What’s not to love? Oh and the sweetest little paws on Enzo on the final photo 😻 Where my cat people at??

Fave Photo Friday! 🍊

So, I’ve gotten myself into a bit of a pickle with my photoshoot scheduling, because instead of spacing them out evenly, I’m now finding that I’ve got approximately ~ 1,000 shoots one week, and then barely any the next 😂 therefore, some of these are old that I haven’t shared yet.

Either way, it was a good week of editing and churning out content that I shot last week, and now I’ve got tons of beautiful springtime content for all of my clients!

The last photo is one I’m particular proud of 🎓
I started working on my MBA on 10/1, the same day I launched Postwell, and I officially received my degree in the mail this week!
