So SAVE THE DATE! 🥳🥳🥳

Btw can you guess which games we are hinting at in the frame already? Write it in the comments!

The debut Potionmaker release ‘Live at TUFT 2026’ is out today and you can listen on Bandcamp (link in bio 👆) 🧪✨

This is exactly the set as it was performed live at ‘Turn up for Turnip’ on January 17th 2026, many thanks to @grim_snug_miniatures for the commission!

TUFT is a wargaming festival series for ‘Turnip28’ - a post-apocalyptic tabletop miniatures game themed around napoleonics and root vegetables, created by @hieronymous_max. In the spirit of TUFT, this EP features plenty of vegetabley dungeon references, and musical nods to classic rts games such as Age of Empires II and Medieval Total War ⚔️

No overdubs, no pre-recorded tracks

Medieval live looping only

Potionmaker would like to thank:

@grim_snug_miniatures: for the commission and for hosting Turn up for Turnip

@blackcrabart: for the Turnip28 artwork

Niklas Pietsch: for mixing and mastering

@frida.nordlys: for the photography

SC022 - Live at TUFT 2026

𝔡𝔞𝔯𝔨 𝔭𝔬𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫 𝔪𝔲𝔰𝔦𝔠

Out now on cassette, Sonic Centurion presents ‘Live at TUFT 2026’ - the debut release from medieval live looping dungeon synth project @potionmakerds 🔮

Live at TUFT 2026 features a full and faithful studio recording of the set commissioned by @grim_snug_miniatures for ‘Turn up for Turnip’, and performed by Potionmaker on the 17th January 2026. ‘TUFT’ is a wargaming festival series for ‘Turnip28’ - a post-apocalyptic tabletop miniatures game themed around napoleonics and root vegetables, created by @hieronymus_max. The set was composed with this 19th century turnipy atmosphere in mind, with nods to music from rts games such as Age of Empires II and Medieval Total War, and performed entirely live with no overdubs or pre-recorded tracks. Medieval live looping only 🏰

This Sonic Centurion release is limited to 50 hand numbered copies (including 4 stickers, and bandcamp download code), professionally dubbed on brown cassettes with white and red printing.

Due to incredible support from the Turnip28 community and NRW fans of dungeon synth, this tape is unfortunately sold out at the time of release! Sonic Centurion and Potionmaker would like to thank everyone who supported this project 🙏

To listen to Live at TUFT 2026, head on over to @potionmakerds, where you can find the bandcamp link at the top of the page 🪄

Potionmaker would also like to thank:

@grim_snug_miniatures: for the commission and for hosting Turn up for Turnip

@blackcrabart: for the Turnip28 artwork

Niklas Pietsch: for mixing and mastering

@frida.nordlys : for the photography
