This year I’m hosting Thanksgiving… not because I have to, but because I want to. 🧡
There’s something about friends and family walking into a warm home… good food, good wine, and those cozy moments around the table — it fills my heart every single time.
These beautiful linens from @allcottonandlinen make the table feel even more special. We both believe in natural, real materials and beautiful craftsmanship — and of course, the dinnerware is from @potsnpatterns 🤍
If you want your guests to feel a little bit of heaven this holiday season, check out our dinnerware + these gorgeous linens.

A small ritual that makes an ordinary day beautiful. Save for your next arrangement. taken in Chicago, Illinois by @potsnpatterns

Does anyone else become a completely different person 2 hours before guests arrive? 😂
Suddenly you’re cleaning things no guest has ever noticed.
You’re cooking three things at once.
You’re yelling, “WHO PUT THIS HERE?!”
Your husband asks if he can help and somehow even that is irritating. 😂
And God forbid someone says:
“Should we come a little early?”
Absolutely not. Stay away from this house until the exact agreed-upon time. 😂 taken in Chicago, Illinois by @potsnpatterns

I like a coffee table that gives you a reason to linger.
Books to browse, a chessboard ready for a game, flowers in a vase with a little personality, and candlelight.
That’s my kind of styling: beautiful objects with a place in everyday life.

I used to think the “good” dishes were for guests, holidays, or some future special occasion.
But an ordinary Tuesday is an occasion too. 🤍
Use the good plates. Light the candles. Buy the flowers. Make dinner feel a little more special — even when it’s just you.

I usually love a neutral palette.
But apparently my fall flowers had other plans. 😂
Today I mixed burgundy, rust, golden yellow, purple, and a little unexpected green.
And I love how it turned out.
That’s one of my favorite things about a simple white vase. You can change the flowers, and suddenly the whole room feels different.
Would you go this colorful for fall? 🍂

Made to be lived with. 🤍
Not saved for one spot. Not saved for a special occasion.
Today it sits where we eat. Tomorrow, by the door. Next week, between the books.
Because a home isn’t styled once. It changes with you.
One vase. Four places. Which one feels like yours? 👇

Okay… this was a pretty exciting find. 👀

Our Natural Waves Vase was picked by House of Valentina for her Fall Classic Modern Amazon collection. 🤍

Sculptural enough to stand on its own.
Low enough for the dinner table.
And apparently Valentina-approved. 😉 taken in Coral Gables, Florida by @potsnpatterns
