Late finish but absolutely worth it to see this lit up 😎

Great transformation from a standard conservatory.

All you need is an idea off the client and there trust in you to deliver.

Getting some great jobs over the line lately, plenty more to come 🤙

Day contracting for the old fella at the Shrewsbury Sports Village 🏏

Out with the old climbing wall and in with some prep work for something new 🤔

It was mentioned we had to get some sockets on the back wall but that this lovely rocky feature to get round.

Now I could have dropped some @n_bundy_electrical Copex but I had to try first 🤷‍♂️

See how we got on …

A good day completed carrying out Floodlight repairs at SSV. Multiple lights repaired using the specialist equipment to lower the 16 metre columns down to the ground. Both the competition and astroturf pitches are now back to full light levels. 💡💡.

Big shout as ever to our contractor base for the support. taken in Shrewsbury, Shropshire by @potterselectrical

The finishing touches are happening... it's completion week here at Oak Street ✨

This week at Oak Street, the second fix electrics are underway, and seeing each carefully selected light fitting installed is one of my favourite moments of any project.

Lighting isn't just practical, it's what gives a home atmosphere, warmth and character. Every pendant, wall light and switch has been considered from the very beginning to complement the architecture, enhance the materials and support the way this family will live every day.
We're now just days away from handover, and I can't wait to show you the finished transformation.
✨ Which light fitting are you most excited to see lit up? Excellent work by Chris of @potterselectrical

Just days to go... and this is what the final push looks like. 👷‍♂️✨

Today the decorator, plumber, electrician and carpenter are all working side by side, bringing months of planning, design and craftsmanship together. Every detail is being checked, every finish perfected, and the transformation is almost complete.
This is my favourite stage of every project... watching a vision become reality and seeing so many skilled trades working together to create something truly special.
I can't wait to share the finished reveal with you.

Thinking about transforming your own home? Let's start with what's already there before considering an extension. My zero-build-first approach could completely change the way you live.

From structure to soul ✨

This week at Oak Street marks a real turning point in the project.

The plaster is complete, the mist coat is on, flooring layouts are being finalised and we're now discussing all those details that truly make a house feel like home. From the 45° checkerboard quarry tile layout and bullnose step details, to banquette seating design, paint colours and upholstery choices, the focus has shifted from construction to character.

This is where Construction Support becomes invaluable.

While builders focus on getting the work done, I'm on site ensuring every design decision is carried through exactly as intended. Reviewing details, solving problems before they become issues, coordinating trades and helping my clients make hundreds of small decisions with confidence.
Because creating a beautiful home isn't just about the big ideas. It's about getting every detail right.
Follow along as Oak Street moves into its final transformation phase.

Site Progress : Oak Street
💥The whole vision is coming to life💥

This week at Oak Street we’re moving through that critical transition point between major structural intervention and first fix completion.. and this is exactly where Construction Support becomes invaluable.

The kitchen order is now submitted following detailed design coordination with our incredible makers at Terence Ball Kitchens.

Daily site involvement means issues are solved before they become problems, design integrity is protected, and every trade understands not just what they’re doing but why.

Miles behind on posting projects 😬

Automatic Generator Supply swapped over at the back end of last year for a local farm.

The old generator was after many years of service deemed to be at the end of its serviceable life on this site.

New Auto Transfer Switch installed, 70mm H07 ran to the generator and some upgrading to the 95mm tails/earthing.

Late finish to make sure the site was back online for the next day 🫡

Another of these to install this month for one of our regular customers. taken in Shrewsbury, Shropshire by @potterselectrical
