Issue dieci is here and it’s everything we love, unfiltered, unapologetic, and fully chaotic 🖤🪐
 This one’s special, not just because it’s double digits, but because it’s got everything that makes kaotik… well, kaotik. we’re all about telling stories that don’t follow the script, and this issue is the proof.
first up, let’s talk about our cover boy, turning life into art with that effortless energy. his story is bold, raw, and everything we live for. and if you think that’s it, hold up. we’re just getting started.
huge shoutout to our new coeditor maria for jumping in and bringing her magic to these pages (yes girl, we see you 🥹). her touch with the Leena interview? chef’s kiss. Leena taibaa came through with fashion that has something to say, sustainability, culture, and storytelling that makes you stop scrolling. it’s giving substance, it’s giving vision, and we’re obsessed.
we’re also digging into the punk subculture, where it came from, why it still hits, and how it’s evolving in ways that are anything but boring. plus, the brat trend aftermath and why the demure phase was cute but not enough. we’re talking microaesthetics, fashion cycles, and everything else that’s shaping this messy, beautiful scene.

🕰️ time has come 🕰️

we’re officially wrapping up our swira adventure,
but before we do so we’d like to thank each and everyone who’s contributed to our existence in
this beautiful space where young locals don’t
have the opportunity to take up so much
of the space where they belong

a big & major thanks to @noqtaspace,
our local community hub & refuge
for the residency, continuous
& unconditional support

our friends at @azouka_essaouira
our favorite eatery, without you
this wouldn’t have lasted
or been possible at all

& our friends from north to south,
who always stopped by on their swira trips
to say hello & support us in every way they could

all the wonderful strangers we met
& big friendships we made
through this tiny corner
of our beloved town

we will always come back,
but we’re now on a homecoming
back-to-the-very-roots, yet evolving
& wanting to exist in a place that feels
more of & with our own, away from tourism
& all the gentrification it sadly always brings

we will always be part of, love & care for the community we’ve built here, & to it
we shall always return
