Ten years ago, Poway Pilates opened its doors with one simple goal: to help people move, feel stronger, and build confidence.

Since then, we’ve welcomed thousands of members, celebrated countless milestones, and watched our community grow stronger together.

To every member, instructor, and friend who has been part of our journey—thank you. 💚

Come celebrate with us at our 10-Year Anniversary Open House on Saturday, September 12. We can’t wait to celebrate this milestone together!
