Adventure Rockstars. That is how we like to call this gang.

Flew to Indo, bought a local fishing boat to explore and surf some untouched waves. No written plans, no written story; just improvise while recording the whole thing. That’s why the documentary is so special.

Back in June, when the swell hit Mentawai, we didn’t overthink it. We loaded a small boat with boards, camping gear, and a few friends, then just headed out to see what we could find.

No fancy resorts, no set schedule—just island hopping, setting up camp on empty beaches, and chasing waves from sunrise to sunset. Fixing the motor when it gave us trouble, taking shelter under the canopy when it rained, and scoring perfect waves with nobody else around.

Moments like these remind you why you started surfing in the first place. Good waves, cheap boat fuel, and the best crew you could ask for. taken in Mentawai Islands by @powder_bags
