Watch how the hips lead out front first while the foot sweeps to create momentum and keep the lower half closed longer. That movement creates greater hip-to-shoulder separation, allowing more energy to transfer through the kinetic chain.

Been so fun watching Cam Schlittler continue to develop on the mound. The ability to tunnel the fastball, move the ball in both directions, and command everything with confidence has been incredible to watch. He is always attacking the zone, which makes him nearly unhittable.

Studies on pitching biomechanics show that elite pitchers generate more power by staying closed longer, creating greater hip-to-shoulder separation, and transferring energy efficiently through the kinetic chain.
That’s exactly what Power Stride is designed to train.
