The finish line never looked so good 🏁 🏆    Moving warehouses certainly wasn’t a smallest initiative for 2026 but a necessary one as we plan for the growth of our business and our client’s. With the move we didn’t only tackle physical improvements, we also revisited system configurations to ensure we are getting the most out of our tech and ultimately streamline how our warehouse team executes business day in and out.    Here’s what we are we most excited about with this upgrade...  • One unified warehouse space = a floor plan we can grow into and organize efficiently  • One floor warehouse = quicker order picking = faster fulfillment times  • New office space = a fresh environment that is prime for cultivating ideas  • A facility we are excited to show off = a space we can’t wait to host our clients in    This was our first largescale project as the Armada team – it tested us, fostered new collaboration, and showed us why this exact group of people were brought together to lead this fleet. This move wasn’t just about upgrading, it was also about creating a new space for the Armada East crew and a place we are proud to call HOME. by @poweredbyarmada

e dug deep into our 2025 #ecomm metrics and after reviewing our top artist stores, here is what we found...    - Top performing artist stores launched 30+ products.  - The top 5 bestselling items included 1 – 3 media items and a black t-shirt.  - Stores in this category hosted 100K+ unique visitors.  - Conversion rates sat between 1% - 3%.  - 35% – 70% of products sold were t-shirt items.  - 25% - 60% of products sold were media items.  - Marketing efforts attributed 30% – 70% of all online sales.    These stats will not be surprising to those that work in our industry, but presenting informed decisions based on real data is something we value when interfacing with our clients.     Merchandise has endless possibilities to be successful and plenty of landmines to tank your momentum.
