Today's Daily Reflection hit different. The message is simple: growth is not an overnight thing. It's an every single day thing. You check yourself, you own your misses, you keep going. Not occasionally. Not when you feel like it. Throughout each day.

Now let me connect the dots, because that is literally the PowerMoves way of life.

Nobody builds anything great in one big move. You build it in daily moves. Small ones. The phone call you didn't want to make. The follow-up you almost skipped. Looking in the mirror and saying "I could've done that better," and then actually doing it better tomorrow.

I turn 42 today. The Jackie Robinson age. And the barrier I'm breaking this year isn't out there somewhere. It's in here. It's the daily discipline. The boring stuff nobody claps for. That's what compounds.

Jackie Robinson wore the legendary #42 and changed the game forever. He broke barriers, opened doors, and proved that greatness doesn’t ask for permission.

Today, as I turn 42, I celebrate that same spirit of determination, courage, and never giving up.

🇵🇷 From my roots in Puerto Rico to the streets of New York and New Jersey, and now building my dreams in Central Florida — what a journey it’s been!

I’ve experienced victories, setbacks, lessons, and plenty of moments that tested my faith. But every chapter helped shape the man I am today.

I’m grateful for my beautiful family, the people who believed in me, the ones who challenged me, and even the doors that closed along the way.

⚾ IT'S NOT OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER.

October 27, 2011. Game 6. World Series. David Freese and the Cardinals were ONE STRIKE from elimination — not once, but TWICE. Ninth inning. Tenth inning. Done. Finished. Over.

Except it wasn't.

Freese tied it in the 9th. Berkman tied it in the 10th. Freese walked it off in the 11th. The Cardinals won Game 7 the next night and took the crown. 👑

That's the lesson for business, for life, for the deal that's slipping through your fingers: you're never out until YOU decide you're out. One more call. One more at-bat. One more swing.

Florida Realtors' CORE webinar breaks down the UAD 3.6 appraisal reporting changes — Friday, October 16, 10 AM Eastern on Zoom. That's 17 days before the new appraisal format goes live on November 2.

What agents will walk away with: what to expect from appraisers under the new dynamic format, what additional info Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac may require, which documents to gather from clients ahead of time, and how to keep deals from stalling at closing.
