For 10 years, Power Oil’s WalkHeartOn has been more than a walk. It has been a reminder that caring for our hearts goes beyond what’s on our plates. It’s also about moving more, staying active and making healthier choices every day💚

This year, WalkHeartOn 10.0 brought that message to life as Lagos came together to celebrate a decade of walking, moving and caring for our hearts. In celebration of World Heart Day, thousands of Nigerians walked together, creating moments that reminded us that every step counts💚

Just like a covered pot left on high heat, bottled-up emotions can eventually boil over.

This World Mental Health Day, Power Oil reminds us that caring for our hearts goes beyond what we eat. Our mental wellbeing matters too.

Some things are better shared than bottled up. Talk to someone. You don’t have to carry it all alone. 💚
