I like fishing in the jungle because here it is possible to feel the power of nature.
I came to the Brazilian Amazon for the first time in 2007 for peacock bass and since then have fished in the jungle several times.
I returned yet again to find a two meter arapaima! My first fish measured exactly TWO meters. I hit my goal and I am not disappointed ! 😃. #visionflyfishing #jointhecult #itonlycountsonfly #merisuolamusky #flydressing #hurch_flyfishing #dragontails #dragontail #pirarucu #arapaima #arapaimaonfly #visionflyfishingitaly #fishon by @ppacchiarini

I love putting under stress my “Vision Merisuola” 6 wt with this giant!!!
The rule is “carpe diem” and I did my PB 60+ pound of Common Carp.
Another dream came true🤩. #flyfishing #visionflyfishing #carp #jointhecult #itonlycountsonfly #fishon #flydressing #ahrexhooks #doubletails #doubletail #carponfly #commoncarp #peteroberwimmer #visionflyfishingitaly #carponthefly #visionflyfishingaustria #fisherman #fliegenfishen #hurch_flyfishing by @ppacchiarini

“BADA BING” streamer is ready for the fall and winter season. When the cold days come knocking, the pike and musky need more vibration and visibility to stimulate aggression!! #visionflyfishing #pikeflies #muskyflies #dragontails #wiggletails by @ppacchiarini

Summer is just finished, but we still have some good temperatures that gave me the chance to find some great barbel in the fast waters.
See you next season!!!

A MIRROR CARP DAY!!🎣🎣

Yesterday I fished a new spot and found some carp feeding in about meters 1,5 (5 feet) of water.
They weren’t easy to spot, because the bottom was dark and there wasn’t much sunlight.

I hooked 5, landed 3, lost 2 and ALL5 were mirror carp!

That has NEVER happened to me before!

I never know what crazy stuff is going to happen when I go fishing.

Last summer, I went mousing for the first time. I tied up some mice and was ready to go again this summer. We met up with our friend, @wsf241, and we had some fantastic blowups, cool surface bites and caught some solid wild trout! I can’t get this experience in Italy! #visionflyfishing #jointhecult #itonlycountsonfly #flyfishing #troutflyfishing @kristi.is.a.lil.fishy by @ppacchiarini

Last evening, after a thunderstorm, I fished a couple of hours even though the water started to get muddy again.
The crawfish fly was my choice. Not a lot of fish, but some good ones 😉. Today is another day …….. #visionflyfishing #itonlycountsonfly #jointhecult #doubletails #smallmouthfly by @ppacchiarini
