This is was a casual study of a figure I also drew in graphite. I hadnt paint flesh tones in a while, it was an enjoyable piece. Hope you like.

My living oil painting - more AI fun. Here AI went to hell with itself even adding another dolphin to the group. by @ppala.graphite

More AI fun with a whimsical drawing I took humour in, and more humour here still. AI however refused the rest of the drawing with human forms for prudish AI reasons. by @ppala.graphite

I liked this pose for the slight rotation and dip in posture which made for interesting drawing. As much , I liked the lighting too.

The hairline to chin is only perhaps 1 1/2", the lead is 0.5mm and spaced about the same. This is how my undershadings come together. I wade it with fineline shades, blend, shade some more. by @ppala.graphite

Sometimes a drawing just wont be drawn and the best feeling after you pass a certain point is just to tear it up. by @ppala.graphite

Ive messed about, as shown earlier, with the idea of a dolphin fetus developing in the womb and the environment of it all; from sea to sea afterall. This is another piece along those lines. The umbilical lifeline, the powerful muscles encasing the vulnerable nascent life and all I loosely put together here. Enjoyable to do. Hope you like.

I had an idea for a dolphin fetus painting in stages and these were the studies for that. As much as the images are all over the internet I ended up making composite drawings gleaned from different angles and such I found to make one coherent image model. These are the results of that. Painting still on ice.

47 YEARS AGO, I put down watercolors for good. I was too in love with the power of Oil Paints. On a whim I asked for a watercolor kit for Fathers Day and my wife Jeannette obliged. Its nice. Here I just casually blotted and washed it on, I could see some watercolor pieces later on. Its amazing to see the old vibes as I colored about. Nothing beats oils EVER but I can see some of this now and again - done better than shown here! by @ppala.graphite

I liked some of the aspects of this drawing but I also realized I prefer a face with it to when I do bodies. In this case I didnt like the expression so I passed on it. Enjoyable though.
