Before leading professional development, I spent time doing the work where it matters most — in the classroom, working directly with students, learning their needs, celebrating their progress, and understanding the realities educators navigate every day.

Growth has a way of changing your position, but it doesn’t have to change your purpose.

Moving from working directly with students to leading professional development gave me another opportunity to make an impact — this time by supporting the educators who show up for students every day.

Because real change doesn’t happen simply because we introduce a new strategy, lead a training, or share a presentation. Change happens when knowledge becomes practice, practice becomes intentional, and people feel equipped to do things differently.

These moments remind me that every season of the journey serves a purpose. The classroom taught me. The work challenged me. Leadership gave me another way to serve.

And through it all, the mission remains the same: creating meaningful opportunities for growth, learning, and change. 🧡

Never forget where the work started, and never stop growing into where it can take you.
