Visakhapatnam is emerging as a major economic hub, but a ₹5,000 crore land scam allegation involving GITAM University has sparked controversy, with claims that it received land at concessional rates as a political favour.

But concessional land is often used to attract universities, hospitals, investments and jobs. Similar land allotments have reportedly been made nearby for AIG, TISB and Adani’s hospital and medical college projects.

So the real question is: if the same development strategy is used elsewhere, why should it automatically be called a political favour here? The GITAM matter is now before the court, and the allegations remain to be decided. by @praffulgarg

Kejriwal ji who is allegedly the mastermind behind the CJP will keep using vote chori as an excuse because now when people see work in Delhi they regret voting for him for years! They couldn’t make a single Integrated Control and command centre for pollution and couldn’t solve the legacy problem like landfill. But today ICCC is there in Delhi. Plus, the landfill problem is nearly solved and new plants have been opened for future waste processing ( for all waste collected post 2025 ). LEGACY PROBLEM GOT A LEGACY SOLUTION! Delhi Police have detained YouTuber Dhruv Rathee from his residence in Sector 56, Gurugram, according to information provided.

Police reportedly entered the house at 7:48 AM after his mother opened the door. Around 50 police personnel had reportedly gathered outside the residence late at night. Rathee had come to take part in the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) protest over CEC Gyanesh Kumar and the SIR matter at Jantar Mantar. by @praffulgarg

Indian Intelligence agencies have some inputs they are taking actions against tomorrow’s protest very proactively.
