God Still Calls You...🖊

I almost didn’t post this.
I stared at the screen,
thinking maybe some things are meant to stay in the room —
off the timeline,
off the record,
off the radar.

But freedom happened that day.
Not just for me,
But for women who broke in silence,
Then breathed again in truth.

So this—
This is just a snippet
of what the Lord did through me that day.
A glimpse of the fire He lit
In the places I once buried in shame.

There was a time some didn’t clap for me.
Not when I rose.
Not when I tried.
Not when doors opened.
Some remembered my L’s,
Not my lessons.
Some watched me fall
and made my failures my full identity.

But what they didn’t see—
was the refining.
The secret crushing.
The tears turned to oil.
The ashes turned altar.

I’ve made some mistakes, yes.
Not once, but again and again.
But still —
God never withdrew His call.
Never cancelled my name.
Never skipped over my seat at the table.

And tonight, I’m speaking to you, woman of purpose—
The one scrolling with silent questions,
wondering if anyone sees you.
I DO.
I SEE YOU.
I RECOGNISE YOU.
I'M PROUD OF YOU.

You don’t have to be perfect to be powerful.
You don’t have to be loud to be heard.
But you do have to speak.
There’s no strength in silence
When your story was meant to shake rooms.

You are still worthy of every door God is opening.
You are still chosen,
still marked,
still rising.

Even if some didn’t clap,
Heaven stood.
Even if some doubted,
God called.

So speak from your scar,
Not from your wound.
No longer shall you be bound
by what tried to break you.
Shed light in the places you once hid.
Speak your freedom.
This is your time.

Because even after the mess,
the silence,
The mislabeling,
God Still Calls You.

“To all who mourn, He gives beauty for ashes,
the oil of joy instead of mourning,
a garment of praise for the spirit of despair…”
— Isaiah 61:3

Chapter 8: New Beginnings 🩷

The Resilient Mother.🦅

🇬🇷 Rhodes, Greece... You owe me nothing.

🤍 Slide 1: Every journey starts with faith, and more time with speaking the dream before you see it. Emirates... I'll see you soon.

🎈 Slide 2: Watching my daughter celebrate her birthday on her very first flight made this trip unforgettable. From the airline's birthday shout-out to the hotel's beautiful surprise with balloons and cake, every moment made her feel so loved.

✨ Slide 3: Just me, walking the hotel corridors, soaking it all in, feeling blessed, present, and grateful for every moment.

📍 Slide 4: A few of my favourite places to visit if you're ever planning a trip to Rhodes.

🍽️ Slide 5: Good food, beautiful views, and flavours I'll definitely be thinking about for a while.

📸 Slide 6: The moments that didn't fit anywhere else... but deserved to be remembered.

Here's to making more memories, stepping on fears head, and stepping into everything God has prepared (little by little🫠), because sometimes I don't feel worthy, but I know I am 🤍✨

Body doubling has genuinely helped me with my ADHD.
Sometimes having someone simply present makes it easier to start and stay with a task. That's the idea behind body doubling.
But I also know there are moments in life that we have to face on our own. No strategy replaces resilience, growth, or taking responsibility for the things only we can do.
For me, these ADHD tools are just that(tools).

They're not my foundation.
Jesus is. ✝️

He's the One who gives me strength to keep showing up, whether I'm with someone or by myself. Body doubling can help me take the next step, but Christ is the One who sustains me through the journey.
If you have ADHD, don't be afraid to use the tools that work for you but don't forget the One who gives you the strength to use them in the first place. 🤍

🎬 If Netflix made a documentary about being a Christian with ADHD... Part 2. 😂

Bible rereads. 📖
Corporate prayer distractions. 🙃
Jumping when the pastor lays hands on you. 😭
Trying to focus while your brain has 47 tabs open.

Just a little humour with a lot of truth. ❤️ Your mind may work differently, but you're still chosen, still called, and still deeply loved by God.

This reel is humour... but the reality behind it is very real.

Some of us spend years asking ourselves:
"Why do I keep stopping and starting?"
"Why do I procrastinate?"
"Why does everything seem harder for me than it does for everyone else?"

Whether that's connected to ADHD, past experiences, unhealthy thought patterns, or other struggles, don't let shame write your story.

You are still chosen.
You are still called.
You are still capable of walking in God's purpose.

Give yourself grace, but don't stop pursuing growth. Allow God to heal the places that need healing, renew your mind, and reveal any strongholds, lies, fears, or habits that are holding you back.

You don't have to keep comparing your pace to someone else's. Learn how you work. Heal where you need healing. Grow where God is calling you to grow.

Run your race. Walk in your purpose. Trust God's timing.

Your mind may work differently, but your calling hasn't changed. ❤️

🎄✨ I use IG like a little noticeboard

A place to pin moments that remind me of God’s faithfulness. I haven’t been posting since July, but here’s a reminder that what you’ve sown still matters.

Last year I shared Brixton @marksandspencerfood reopening… a year later, they reached out, gave me a beautiful gift, and showed me all their festive favourites.

Moments like this remind me: keep planting seeds, even when you’re quiet. Life is still working behind the scenes — and God is faithful. 🤍

P.s. Clapham just opened a branch🥳

[WATCH THE FULL THING]

Last night myself and @praisedanceruk at the o2 intercontinental hotel London.

Although this opportunity came last minute, we truly believe it was God ordained. We had 30 minutes to prepare for this ministration LOOOL. We didn’t get to rehearse with the band either!!! We were shakingggggg but we relied fully on the Holy Spirit and ended up getting wrecked on the altar and even when we finished. We believe we released glory and deliverance!

Love love love my company @stepandpraiseperformingarts for this opening🤍

I’m so proud of my sis naomi, she is truly stepping out and shaming the devil.
We hope you are blessed by this ministry. #dance #flag #ministry #christians by @praisedanceruk
