This month, I will be competing at the National Championship in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where the selection for the IMMAF World Championship will take place.

The World Championship is scheduled to be held in Georgia, and every training session, every sacrifice, and every challenge has led to this moment.

#Throwback: A Historic Visit by National and International MMA Delegates

Mizoram witnessed a significant milestone as Pu Sharif Bapu, Senior Vice President of the Asian MMA Federation, and Pu Prasad Gaitonde, General Secretary of MMA India, visited the state from May 27–31, 2026.

Visits from such prominent national and international leaders to the North East region are a rare occurrence, and the Mizoram State MMA Association expresses its deepest gratitude for this tremendous honor.

During their stay, they spearheaded crucial initiatives aimed at advancing MMA not just in Mizoram, but across all of North East India. Their itinerary included conducting a national-level referee and judge seminar, meeting with the Hon'ble Chief Minister and the Sports Minister to strategize the sport's regional growth, and discussing future development opportunities for Mizo fighters.

Feel elated to Award a Honorary IMMAF Black Belt certification to UFC Flyweight Champion & Title Belt Holder Joshua Van in Aizwal Mizoram on the 30/05/2026.

The Certification was also presented to Honourable Chief Minister of Mizoram State Mr. LALDUHOMA without whose support this would not have been possible.
