New 70min Hatha Flow Practice up on YouTube for Moon in Aquarius and Sun in Leo! Aquarius governs the calves and the ankles and Leo is all about the 💚! Kuan Yin’s presence of fierce love came through and the power of acceptance.💥💚. Acceptance has been a big lesson for me in my life - loving myself for where I am and remembering that regardless of where I am, Love is never leaving. Acceptance has reminded me of the compassion that I have within to hold myself in unity and wholeness in all that I am. May this practice bring you peace, stability and awakening of your power 💥. Also…this is the NEW temple space for in person classes with me in Roberts Creek. Email me to join: jenarenwick@gmail.com✨🌹🙏. #loveisall #compassion #acceptance #yogainnature by @pratavasmovement
These core values are behind each movement, each design and each action taken in the making and evolution of Pratavas. This is moving forwards. This is leading the way through integrity and embodied experience, truth and authenticity. I’m excited to be getting more and more clear on what this is turning into and how it’s going to serve people on a bigger scale 🧘‍♀️ 🎶 💙 🌹 🌍 🌱 🐆. #followyourheart #connectthedots #trustinyourself #onlyyouknowyourpath by @pratavasmovement
30min New Moon in Gemini practice up on my YouTube! This practice focuses on the Heart & Throat Chakras because Gemini is governed by the planet Mercury - the planet of the mind and voice. Gemini also governs the hands, shoulders and lungs, which are all a part of the Heart Chakra. We’ll be speaking the mantra “I am worthy of having what I want in my life and I speak what I want fearlessly out into the Universe!” . This practice is infused with light language and supports the manifestation of the hearts desires into creation.
