a child rights organisation has filed a complaint with the mansa district administration following an incident involving chhota sidhu during the "signed to god" world tour stop in toronto.

according to the complaint, 2.5-year-old sukhdeep singh sidhu, popularly known as chhota sidhu and the younger brother of late punjabi singer sidhu moosewala, was seen making gunfire-like hand gestures during the concert on october 9.

lawyers for human rights international (Ifhri) reportedly filed the complaint on october 17, seeking an investigation into the incident, counselling for the child's parents and appropriate steps to safeguard the toddler's welfare.

the organisation has expressed concern about the potential impact of encouraging young children to imitate firearm gestures. it has urged authorities to look into the matter and ensure the child's well-being.

however, a complaint is an allegation, not a final finding of wrongdoing. the matter is now before the authorities, and any further action will depend on

the incident has sparked a wider discussion about child welfare, parental responsibility and the influence of adult behaviour on young children.
