TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME.

5 months later, I’m a London Marathoner.

Trust myself. Trust the plan. Trust the process.

I enjoyed every second of this run, but enjoyed the 15 week journey even more.

Definition of running a marathon isn’t a time or a medal but how you get there and why you want it.

I AM HERE. I AM NOW. I AM ALIVE.

Thank you:
To the coaching & counselling @navski72 @akachasing19 from @chasinglightscollective
To the Warehaus Wanderers camaraderie
To my number one cheerleader @emmaedean
To everyone who’s donated towards our £10K goal ❤️
