This was so profoundly put...

We would only really and truly experience the "tremendous power" of prayer and the supernatural priviledges of a prayer life - the way God intended us to - when prayer to us has become a habit, and not just an action we do.

When prayer becomes a part of us, who we are at our core, and what we cannot-not do - at that point when we've shunned the resistance from the flesh and mastered the art of pushing beyond where our own strength can take us, that is when we can truly benefit from the "perks" of a naturally supernatural life.

Scientifically, it takes an average of 66days to form a habit. This means that, you would need a whole lot of intentionality & discipline poured consistently into 2 months of your life to master a vibrant prayer life.
But when Jesus is our goal, does it really count as a sacrifice?
...more like an investment

What if you intentionally dedicated the next 3 months to becoming the person that you need to be to walk in all God has for you? Because that is exactly what a fervent prayer life would do to you.

Make prayer a daily habit you just can't do without. Master it & let it master you. It's the first step to living a purpose-filled life.
Don't just see prayer as something you do as a Christian, or something you do when you need results. See prayer as who you are and what you were made for - fellowship & worship.

Make a habit out of prayer and it will make a great deal of glory out of you🔥

Everyone of us has dealt with at least 3 of these sometimes in the course of our prayer lives.

To overcome, we must first expose!

It goes without saying, but we would say it nonetheless...

Beyond all what prayer does for us, we must never forget what prayer does to us and in us.

Today dedicate just 2hrs out of your 24hr Saturday, and spend some quality time with your heavenly father.

Fast, Study, Pray, Worship, Rinse & Repeat.

A lot of times when we struggle to pray, we have subconsciously downplayed and underestimated the power of prayer.

Beyond asking for stuff, ticking a calendar and satisfying our conscience, there are other things that prayer does to you, IN you and for you.

A lot goes down when we pray & whole lot is going on IN you as you pray.

If this ain't the truth...!

What have you constantly procrastinated because you're "waiting on God" to re-say what He has already said?

Sometimes what we brandish as faith is really just fear at its core, and what we sometimes call a "waiting season" was born out of reluctance.

Pray... But take action.
Pray... But do something about it.
Pray... But run with instruction when it's given.

Trust God to order your steps & direct your path, but you have to actually be in motion to use that direction.

Meditate on them until they become your reality.
Read them until you can't unsee them.
Say them until you can't unhear them.

Why do we worry?
Really though... why do we?

I believe that If we can stop for a minute and pinpoint the real reason why we are worried in the moment, we may develop the ability to stop ourselves in our tracks when we're tempted again to go down that road in future.

So why do we worry?
It's not like we don't know that God is all powerful, or that He can do all things...

Think about it,

We all affirm that "God is faithful" , "With God all things are possible", "All things work together for my good", "He will never leave me nor forsake me" etc. And in the midst of all these affirmations, we still worry.

We've all heard that "God is good", but most of us haven't still settled into the reality that "God is good - to US".
When we are confronted with situations, our minds are lightening-quick to scan through events of the near past to know if we truly deserve God's faithfulness.

Sometimes we make the subtle conclusion (whether conscious/subconsciously) that "i might not really deserve this unconditional love right now so I might have to sort myself out"

If He clothes grass, why won't He clothe you?
If He feeds birds in the air, why not you?
If He cares about wildlife, mountains, oceans, and the fishes in the sea... How much more you?

Whether we like it or not, worry is a way of saying, "I don't trust God to get this right or have it sorted on time" OR "I know that God is good & great but I'm not sure if He's going to be all that for Me"

God's love for you Is Unconditional.
Unconditional means UNCONDITIONAL.
His mercy is NEW every morning.
His forgiveness inexhaustible.
His goodness is His nature and so is His faithfulness.

He will NEVER CHANGE.

Stop the Worrying & Listen for His instruction.
He will direct you.

REST!

We haven't loved well, those whom we haven't been moved to prayed for.

If you would "talk to God for men", then you would have little to no problems talking to men for God or about God.

Who else is on your prayer list besides you?

Who have you prayed for this week?

Who have you been moved to pray for even at random?

Who was the last person you said "praying for you" to, that you still haven't prayed for?

Who was the last person you sent "thoughts & prayers" to, that you didn't actually pray for?

Who are you currently judging, because of certain things they did or behaviors they showed, that you should be praying for instead?

Who have you judged for praying for others "the wrong way", when you haven't done it anyway at all?

All of that can change TODAY if you decide it so.
To pray for others is to love others well.

Be the one who prays for others.
Be the one who others can count on to actually stand with them in prayer when you said you would.

God IS looking for intercessors.
Be the one who God can count on to intercede for others.

Be a person of prayer.

Nothing is Impossible
Every Chain is Breakable
No Disease Incurable
Every Curse Reversible
No condition is permanent
ANYONE can be saved!

This is our reality,
It's not over until God says so
Nothing is final... not unless we give up.

All because of Jesus ❤️
